This general store has it all. Marsha and her team are kind, professional, know their business, and are great at finding solutions for their clients.

The fish is fantastic... everything I WANTED was right in my reach... the dogs....treats! cats & I are extremely pleased with my order... the employees are very friendly & courteous... was a pleasure to go over budget there!! lol!!!

One of the most well stocked General stores I have ever been in, this place has it all. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, this place is a gold mine for the locals and the lucky traveler who happens to find it.

McClelland's is a lovely little spot, in Desbarats, "deb-ah-rah" for all of you non-francophones, with all of the things you want and think you need. I love going to out-of-the-way hardware stores. You never know what you are going to find there. The staff has never met a stranger. You can pre-order fresh Manitoulin Island fish and locally made pies and sticky buns. It has a great selection of Kawartha Dairies ice cream, made with milk from Lock City Dairy, in Sault Ste Marie. It's quite near the Kensington Conservancy, which is a very important part of the local environmental focus. Both deserve your respect and attention.

Great spot to get things for house repair in a pinch and the lCBO selection is top notch

Always a friendly atmosphere, and unique items...they have EVERYTHING. If they don't have it, you don't need it. A step back in time with friendly helpful staff.
