I was embarrassed! So disappointed. I needed a new florist , was hoping I'd found one. Not! My little basket was so sad. My grandson would have said it's fine grandma,don't worry, But it wasn't fine. He deserved better, I even asked after the price was quoted , if that would be enough to make sure it was nice,I was told oh yes, that will be a very nice bouquet. In defense, i was later in ordering than i should of been. The shock of his passing ........but i did call the day before and was assured it was no problem. .
Once again McClure"s made a beautiful flower arrangement! This was a very special occasion, a memorial service for a dear friend of mine. I have a love for Stargazer lilies and ordered a dozen for the service. The arrangement was the most dramatic and beautiful of all the flowers there. They were so generous with the flowers and there were definitely more than a dozen including several closed buds which will open over the next few days allowing the family a long period of enjoyment. Their prices are fair and the staff are always helpful and patient. Thank you, McClure's!
I actually didn’t even get past the phone call with this particular florist. I had inquired about sending flowers to a colleague in okc rather close to their place of business and the order was to be a substantial one. The gentleman on the other end of the line was extremely short and curt with me and then said “Just hurry up and get it in.” I’m assuming he was referring to my order. In this era of high competition and an economy that continues to waver I would assume a place of business would appreciate any business. This establishment clearly is doing well enough that they can afford to drive potential customers away. Their loss is the next florist on Google’s lists gain.
Love the arrangement I got from them yesterday, it's just beautiful and it looks just like I wanted it too .and delivery was super fast it was ordered and delivered within 2 hours, this will be my florist I use now, much better than the others around here, and we place flower orders up to 3 times a week so we have seen just how bad other shops are in not caring what they send out the door, McClures flowers is a really great little shop.**Update**I am very sad to say that this beautiful arrangement did not even last 24 hours, I came in this morning and most of the flowers are droopy and dying, I have been trying to find a good Florist with good products I paid alot of money for this boquet and the fact that it did not even last 12 hours is very very sad.**update again 2/1/19 they remade my order with flowers and this boquet is even more beautiful than the first one and they lasted overnight this time.so all in all it is a good little shop.
Great products and service at reasonable prices! They’ve always taken great care of me and been as accommodating as humanly possible with my orders, even some on extremely short notice or with special requests. This family business has served the OKC metro for decades and I truly hope it will continue to do so for many to come. Remember when you shop local you’re helping your own community, helping a local family put food on their tables and shoes on their kids feet. America seems to have forgotten this these days. I, for one, am glad to see a place with outstanding service and familiar smiling faces. Give McClure’s a try, I’ve never regretted it one bit and I don’t think you will either.

I have been with McClures Flowers for 20+ years and their service has continued to go down hill. This morning I called for a delivery and was laughed at and told in a condescending tone that my delivery could not be handled until the afternoon. That was fine, but it was the manner in which I was told. Wanda would've never treated any customer like this! Needless to say I won't be using McClures again! They have forgotten deliveries 3 times in the past with no apology. I will be giving my business now to another floral shop! I was then hung up on at the end of the conversation.
McClure’s recently made table centerpieces for a dinner event that I helped plan and they did a wonderful job! The arrangements were beautiful and they arrived in plenty of time before the event. Thanks again, McClure’s!
Wonderful service, beautiful work! They put care in to their work and it really shows! Don’t deal with those flower websites, you get dead beaten unarranged sad blooms! Their delivery team is so friendly and helpful as well!
Ordered flowers for a Southern Nazarene student. MClure's explained the delivery process in detail as delivered to The Commons, which they represent "calls the student and puts note in mail box" This A TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION. Probably a deliberate misrepresentation. The Commons desk closes at 5 pm. They delivered the flowers at 2 pm. The Commons delivery receipt process is to place a 'package received' card and a 'student volunteer' sent email notice. No priority email timeframe The Commons does NOT make a phone call. Its a volunteer email peocess If MClure's delivers at 2 and The Commons closes at 5... Do the math. Fresh flowers are day old flowers at best. MClures's knows this, but do not accurately describe the process. Basically they deliberately misrepresent the process to make a sale. The response below is largely deflection. Let me help them. They could say, "yeah, it really is a horrid process but we will do that anyway and who cares about you. We know you will never use us again. WELL EVERYONE SHOULD BEWARE OF THIS HORRID FLORIST. SADLEY THEY TRANSFORMED THE OPPORTUNITY OF A PRECIOUS MOMENT TO A PATHETIC DISSAPPOINTMENT. Thank you for your abuse MClure's
