I just wish there was an option for 6 stars!!! The service crew at the Nitro, WV location was absolutely amazing. The communication could not have been better. I was given an appointment date very quickly and they worked with me on a Saturday pick up time. Parts were ordered and installed very quickly. They will get all my business from now on!! I had a fuel injector go out on my Detroit powered Freightliner. My company sent me into this location for the repair. They got me in very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the new injector. They took me to a really nice near by hotel. The part came in the next morning and I had my truck back by noon that day. Thank you so much for the fast professional service you provided me.
Wow. Just wow. My faith is restored in Freightliner service. I have avoided themothers around the country like the plague for years. Matheny truck group is in a class by themselves. Warmly greeted by everyone we came in contact with, pulled in for assessment quickly and updated frequently. We were treated with such a level of care, I felt like we were old friends. Dave and the staff should be the model for Freightliner's across the country. There is a genuine authenticity and sense of honesty while speaking with the technician and Dave. I don't feel gouged or taken advantage of. Everyone on staff should be rewarded with bonuses! Top notch service!

It was a very nice place they didn't seem to mind to help you to look for stuff and to help you troubleshoot stuff and I believe that's what they're supposed to do..... when they work in a place like that....... I would definitely go back they have my business from here on out...... ;
Great customer service! We are traveling in an RV and needed a gasket on our axel. Called and said bring it in first thing in am. They took the coach in at 8am and it was finished by noon. Thanks, Josh!
Always great service & people in parts dept. We appreciate the assistance & knowledge of the all the staff in parts dept. Everyone is always a great big help. They don't act like you're a number. Due to Covid they are only open until 430pm. Hence the 3 stars. If they had longer hours and more shifts, I’m sure my truck would’ve been fixed faster. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and thorough. They kept us updated several times a day.
This place is awesome. The people I've dealt with here were very polite and quick to help I hit a deer yesterday and was fixed and out of here today. I would give them 5 stars but my 8 month old puppy had to stay in the truck during repairs cause they don't allow pets in the drivers room.
