We recently had the pleasure of working with McCrorie Carpet One for our bathroom and shower tile purchase. From the very beginning, our experience was nothing short of excellent. Stew, who assisted us, was not only personable but incredibly responsive to our communications, making the whole process seamless. One aspect we particularly appreciated was the ease with which we could take home samples to ensure we were making the right choice. The delivery process was handled with the utmost professionalism; they called beforehand to arrange the details, ensuring that everything was stacked nicely in the exact spot we asked. I can not sing the praises of McCrorie Carpet One and their employees loud enough. From the initial consultation to the installation, every detail was taken care of. The employees treated me and my home with respect. They were kind and so hardworking. I was concerned that my home would be in disarray during the process since I was having all of the carpet replaced. They took away the stress and guided me through the transformation with ease. I can say that you will not find more professional people to take care of your quality flooring and other household needs.

We’re delighted with our new floor installed 2weeks ago. JD did a wonderful job removing the old carpet and old vinyl in our living room - dining room and kitchen. His work ethic was outstanding ., arrived on time and cleaned up each night before leaving. We have a curved wall which presented a challenge - JD approached the task like a pro. Results are great. We considered another company for our project- so glad we decided to go from McCrorie Carpet One Floor.
Bob did a super job selling, letting us take as much time as needed, Picking out the pattern and the colors for our kitchen. He was very careful measuring and attending to details that would be needed for the installation. JD Did a careful and superb job installing the kitchen floor. Friendly, taking his time, answering our questions. He was just the guy for this job, fantastic installer.
Outstanding and professional! Jason and the McCrories' team deserve a shout out. Their service was outstanding with prompt follow through. The new carpeting looks great...we got great quality at a reasonable price. My wife and I are very appreciative having good flooring to live on that first week we moved back. From start to finish, this transaction was a BREEZE! Tasha came over to my house and measured the rooms I needed done, in a matter of minutes! With her digital tools the accuracy was clearly perfect, as the install was flawless. She worked with me on the budget I had and helped me find the best carpet for MY needs and MY wallet. On install day, Chuck and Ryan ROCKED IT! I was astounded at how fast they moved and what an incredible job they did. They made sure the house was cleaned of any debris they created and were a JOY to work with. I will recommend McCrorie Carpet One to everyone I know. My wife and I are completely pleased with McCrorie's work at our house, which has just been finished at 1:30pm on January 12, 2022. From our very first contact with Stewart when we visited the Port Angeles office, and seeing the array of vinyl tile flooring samples, taking several panels home with us for the weekend and returning with a clear decision of what we wanted on our dinning and living room floors, through to setting up Stewart's visit to our house to measure and bid the work, and the subsequent purchasing and scheduling process, we were very pleased. Then we met Dave when he delivered the boxes of vinyl tile to our house, four days before the work was to begin, to allow the material to acclimate. We were able to get some questions answered by Dave that set us up with a firm date for JD, the installer, to come and start the work. My wife and I cleared the furniture out of the two rooms the evening prior to JD's arrival. Three days ago, JD came and started by ripping out the old carpet and cleaning up the sub-floor and got a third of the tile installed that day. The second day, JD brought Michael with him, a helper from the carpeting side of the business to do some training in tile flooring techniques. They finished the tile laying and started on some of the finish trim work. And today, JD brought with him the molding and completed the finish work. So after signing a walk-through inspection form and asking where I could publish this review, JD left behind a job expertly done. We were particularly impressed with JD's attitude about his work and toward us, his customers. He was open to discussing details on the job with us and very amenable to our thoughts on the topics. His workmanship is of the highest caliber and we highly recommend him, personally, and the company that employs him. Thanks to all of you at McCrorie One Floors. Steve and Arlene Devine
