I can not believe how bad the food was when we got home after spending over 50 dollars 1. Food was cold 2. I asked for a deluxe chicken with double cheese it’s come totally plain with no cheese and a burnt bun. 3. We ordered the Christmas spectacular The chicken nugget where like eating rubber 4 I called up to try to resolve this a bloke answered the phone said hello then I heard him put the phone down and not bother talking to me this is unbelievable customer service I am going to beyond to make sure this gets solved do not eat here the worst McDonalds I have ever tasted
This McDonalds is the WORST in the area. If you come here at night be prepared to be treated like garbage. The employees are rude, and if you ask to speak to the manager he will hide and tell the females to deal with the problem themselves. I came here the other night and had an issue, the girl at the window couldn’t help me and I asked to please speak to the manager. He was literally standing right there and he wouldn’t come to the window. His name is LORENZO. I could tell he was making the female employee uncomfortable by telling her to relay messages until he just went in the back to hide until i left. That’s super unprofessional and if you can’t MANAGE your workers properly and handle the issues on your shift then you shouldn’t be the MANAGER. Maybe he should forfeit his title and give it to the females who actually try to handle the issues for him. I went back the next evening to address my food issues and went inside and spoke to LORENZO who was extremely rude! Someone should really be managing him and watching how he actually runs the store because it’s not at all up to McDonalds standards. He really needs some training! I guess when the power goes to your head you just forget how to be a decent human being. I definitely don’t recommend this McDonalds at all. ZERO STARS!!!
When in New York, during the cold, I might add, I make sure I come to this McDonald’s. Why? one might ask, bc It’s not only conveniently located but it has an indoor playground! Perfect for my little ones. We stopped for lunch. There’s a shoe storage there’s a interactive light table and cute comfortable toddler/adolescent stools. There’s a comfy lengthy Bench for adults to sit and watch their children have fun playing. It’s time to go and my kids, 2 and 4 years old, don’t want to leave ! I’d recommend this play for families for sure.
The night manager lorenzo was verry rude to me and my kids for no reason. we asked for no ketchup on our burgers because its to spicy for my kids. when i show him the ketchup he snatches the food out of my hand and tells me i have to wait. at that point me and my family left out of there scared and unsatisfied. i cant trust him to remake food for my kids after he ripped it out of my hands and yelled at me.
Service was friendly when we we stopped in with kids for a quick ice cream treat after running errands. Restaurant was clean and definitely updated fairly recently. Nice small play-place for the kids as well.
Very disappointed with this location. My food was wrong. I waited 6min for an apple pie and then they gave me the wrong drink. No apology and no compensation for my time. Not to mention my French fries were oversulted. If I want salt on my food I will put it on myself!!!!Food: 3/5
Does not listen when Taking orders of items that are on the menue. Constantly forgetting items. Would not recommend.
This one was remodeled fairly recently. I was surprised they still had a kids playplace inside given how things are nowadays. Fries were fresh this time. WIN!Food: 3/5
At the Drive thru i to get large French Fries, when cashier at the window said the French Fries free because of the app. My daughter likes the macho lattie and I get it for at times she stored up points. The employees friendly patient and food always on point. Kid-friendliness: Parking is spacious and always available even School busses and ups trucks, handicapped van of students. You can chose what you want. My McDonald app would not work today cashier you'd Manger. She came over tried app herself didn't work yet she give me the Free Fries today . Nice people always.
They have a playground for the kids. Fast and efficient. Clean. And the food is always spot on yumm!Food: 5/5
