Hello. Hope this email finds you well. My family is a huge fan of McDonald’s and that’s why we patronize the establishment that’s right down the street from us often. However, who would’ve known tonight would’ve changed our perspective on the restaurant. My husband ordered a burger and but into it just to find out it was completely raw. RAW. Red in the middle. Please contact me directly so this can be resolved. Hopefully this doesn’t turn into food poisoning.
I would give this store 0 stars if it was an option. Stopped in for a drink. That’s all I wanted. Pretty easy right? Apparently not. The drive through was backed up around the store so I went in. Apparently they don’t use live people to work registers here. They have those infernal kiosks on which you are required to order. So, I ordered a drink. It was $1.07. I didn’t want to pay with a card because of the amount so opted to pay cash. The kiosk instructed me to take my receipt to “any open register” and pay. Unfortunately it didn’t give me a receipt. Having not used these kiosks before, I just assumed they would see the order and someone would come over to the register to take my $1.07. But no. It never happened. So, after waiting for several minutes watching someone who came in after me get their order I thought “maybe I should order on another kiosk and see if I get a receipt.” I did. Still wanting to pay cash I once again opted for a register with the same misguided logic I used earlier. So, after 7 more minutes, and no drink or anyone asking me anything, I gave up and left. Went to a Circle-K down the street and got a larger drink in a styrofoam cup for an extra 20 cents. I’m less than a minute. Including parking, getting out, pouring the drink, paying and restarting the truck.
It does not take 45 minutes for a curbside order to be ready! Waited in my car for 20 minutes after it said it was ready. Nothing. Go inside, waited another 20 minutes before I was acknowledged. Finally got part of my food. Tried to get the attention of one of the workers, nothing. Line formed behind me, they all tried to get the attention of the same worker. She ignored. Another 10 minutes go by & I finally got the attention of another worker so I could get the remainder of my food. She apologized, the first lady was trying to get the attention of then apologized as well. I guess she was a manager? Anyway over 45 minutes. Absolutely horrible. Morning crew is always amazing, evening crew, do better.
Went through the drive-through for 2 happy meals. One happy meal was missing the apples and the other happy meal was missing the fries. I had to ask for my straws and I wish I had looked in the boxes before leaving. Being in the drive thru, you kinda feel like you need to get out of there. I understand people making an honest mistake, but I was missing nearly half of my order.
Employees were wonderful. Fries were hot and fresh. Big Mac was a mess. Store was clean and quiet.
Don't order curbside here. Waited for over twenty minutes and food was cold and terrible. I also would have never even got my food if I didn't go inside. They weren't even busy either. But I watched people who placed orders in drive through after I placed my order get theirs. Then the worker inside lied and said he just got it when I literally overheard him talking to other workers about why the order was just sitting there. Won't be coming here again
Food was good, but the service was terrible. Took over 20 min to be able to place my order and had to wait another 15 min to get my food. I would understand if they were short handed on employees but they were fully staffed and had both lines open on the inside to make food.Food: 3/5
Service is very bad. Don’t expect good service or food past 10:00pm. Fried Foods are not rotated correctly and sit under a heat lamp until someone orders. Only fresh item is the fries. Frappe Machine is “down” due to cleaning when in reality the employees on duty pre-close the store, and are too lazy to turn the machine on. Go to a different McDonald’s. Not to mention the fact that they don’t care if your orders wrong.
Sandwiches were put together sloppy, fries had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while and they threw salt on them. Fries were way too hard and crunchy. It took 5 minutes for me to get my frappe. Business is slow and the shift supervisor made her one first and walked off. So, the cashier had to make mine. She spilled alot of the caramel on the sides of the cup and didn't clean around it before handing it to me. Customers orders were backed up waiting for them to be handed out. Staff wasn't wearing hair nets when making food. This night crew doesn't care about customer service whatsoever.
Drivethru, waited then was asked to pull forward, thinking the fries would be hot and fresh. 3 large fries and they were not good. Tasted old and gummy - went into the trash. And no napkins or straw in the bagFood: 2/5
