It's not your Mama's McDonald's. The food has gotten smaller portions and maybe that's a good thing as the food was very poor bordering on awful. I never eat fast food because is so bad for you and weight gain now I have another reason the food is horrible. The only thing decent is the frys. I would not recommend eating here for many reasons but only 1 would work. Go eat healthy and good tasting food at well.......anywhere..
This McDonald’s has terrible customer service. I don’t know why I was the unlucky customer to be told to park in one of the reserve spots to wait for my food. I watched as more than five people behind me, drove through the window and got their food before me. I had to call the restaurant for them to come out with my order. And then they did nothing to make the situation better. Awful.
This McDonald’s used to be clean and fast before it changed hands. Now it’s ran by managers and workers who don’t care. They won’t clean under the soda machine in the lobby so it smells like rotting flesh. The fries were cold and we waited 10 minutes for 2 small items.Food: 1/5
This is the worst McDonald's I have been to and now will not ever go to another one because of them. We have been going here for years and it gets worse every time. They messed up a drive through 2 meal order 3 timeswhich the employee took my receipt and did not give it back.Then when I go to eat my sandwich, it is missing lettuce and Pickles. The manager was all 'Oh my staff didn't tell you there is no lettuce. I will talk to them and let them know.' Didn't offer to fix it or even refund it. Then,as I tell her I am home20+ miles away she says she can not give me a refund unless I bring food back oh but she doesn't want food back but I have to come in for refund. Where did customer service go? So now I do not want to eat my food and get to be hangry. Screw you McDonald's!
The hot water wasn't working for the coffee to be brewed but other than that we got the big breakfast #1. Because it had the most food for the price #2. It was the cheapest for the amount of food we got. The big breakfast is cheaper and more food than a breakfast sandwich! NFood: 3/5
Drive through service was great, friendly. Order was completed and correct in a good amount of time even though it was rush hour.Food: 4/5
Young, non customer service kids in drive thru. Don't keep the area clean and biscuits/mcmuffins hard as rocks and uneatable!!Food: 1/5
Got a same car order of 2 spicy mc chickens, 2 doubles, a #9 meal with a medium coke and medium fry. Second order 2 mc chickens large hi-c and large fry. When we got the food they put them in the same bag with only the 2 regular mc chickens, doubles, and only one single burger and medium fry. When I went back and asked for the food back the manager was very rude since we didn’t have a receipt but as a fast food worker if someone asks for food to be remade we have to, so this was very unprofessional. Before the chickens were made I also noticed we were missing a fry so I ask for that too and they denied me my fry. Needless to say the manager was at fault for not being professional and dealing with this quickly
Not a good experience. If only the product looked even close to the pictures. The wait was horrible. Then we were told to pull forward into slot 3, which we did. In a few more minutes the food came. Before we could check it the worker vanished, and as you guessed the order was short. Again the drive through line was long so I had to go in, which is why I went through drive through to begin with!! I didn't want to go in. Inside I was told I needed the receipt. Well guess what!! They didn't put one or Napkins in the bag. Not helpful, Not friendly, cold food by now that I swear a toddler wrapped the burgers and threw them in the bag. One double Quarter pounder, one Large Fry, condiments,receipt Short!!! Not Happy
Lately the orders have gotten better, correct items. Specials being made per request. Friendly people at both windows.Food: 4/5
