Omg not edible. Like my standards were beyond low. Not edible and we had had been drinking and were hungry. Fries were so old and wilted and tasted like sawdust. Ate one. The chicken was chewy and cold - my dog enjoyed it but I dread tomorrows clean up. So gross. Ordered one apple pie. Got charged for two. Received three. Like couldn’t even chew it. So old!!! I used to work at Burger King so I know this was beyond old. Literally can’t believe anyone felt like they could serve this. Someone needs some basic training in food safety!
Tried to join the 21st Century and use the mobile app but they forgot about me and after an inordinate amount of time, had to go inside to request my food. They were both busy and short-staffed, but it's McDonald's of "over a billion served" fame, so this should be planned for. Perhaps a minimum wage hike will attract workers? In any case, the chicken sandwich is actually quite acceptable and an alternative to Chick-fil-A, which I am boycotting.
Ordered a filet of fish, no tartar sauce. I received an over-cooked fish stick, with 1/3 of a slice of cheese. Fries were also dry, but sprite was good.
I just threw away $31,00 bucks. The most disgusting, lifeless food ever. I understand that you can’t ask for fresh food when you go fast food place, but for Gods sake, at least try to put some love into it. Cold fries, cold burger , 3# of ice in in ever cup. I was just about to come back there and ask for my money back
Worst service ever. They could not allow us to order from the drive through because we had a mobile order pick up. “I am actually being nice I let you pick up your order with two mobile code.” Stated the staff.
Worst place for order to go is a store with only 3 employees inside trying to making everyone happy this is. Not good the area is good but the store is behind in alot stuff is fast food not slow.. okay
Bought almost $40 worth of food for a family of 4. Asked ketchup and was handed 2 packets when I asked for more he told me that was the limit and he would have to charge me for each packet additional... Update 2/1/23 Should have known better to come back here, ordered a McFlurry was just handed a unmixed mcflurry...one job... that's all I ordered not hard.
Sat in the drive thru for 15 mins waiting for someone to answer me so I could pickup a doordash order, I didn't rush them, I wasn't rude, I waited and she still wanted to get rude with me when I finally tried to get her attention 5mins before they closed. When I said hello since she hadn't answered in 15mins she got an attitude and said "I told you I'll be with you in a moment, don't pull up cause I won't help you". If you don't want to work or do your job just find another job, it's McDonald's, there is no need to be rude and snappy with customers who aren't being rude to you, just trying to make sure you are actually going to help us instead of us just sitting in your drive thru until you're closed. 9:58pm 8/1/22

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do not say that lightly. I place an order with this location every single morning Monday through Friday. I always place my order on the app and then pick it up through the drive-thru. Last time I visited I did everything the same way as I normally do. When I got to the speaker I told him what order I was picking up and I was told to pull up to the next window. When I got to the window they said that the order was not paid for. First of all I do not believe you can even place an online order if you do not pay for it ahead of time. But more importantly as I was driving up to the window I got a text message from my credit card company stating that McDonald's charged my credit card for the purchase. I even showed this message to the woman at the window who identified herself as the manager. She did not care. She said I would have to pay for it again or they would not give me my order. She also would not give me my money back. Eventually she told me to go up to the next window to speak to the person there. Not sure why she told me to do that since she said she was the manager but I did as she instructed. The woman at the second window was just as difficult as the first woman. Refused to even look at my phone to see that I was charged. I was running very late as it was so I did end up paying a second time to receive my order. I will never visit this location again. I will now drive 15 minutes out of my way to visit a different McDonalds.
