They never get our orders right. This is an update from my last post. As you can see I ordered a double quarter and only got a single. I mean how do you get that wrong?Food: 2/5
I had the best experience I've had in years, especially the last 2 years. I've dealt with rudeness and wrong orders and been upset but my recent visit was absolutely perfect. From the guy outside waiting for the truck to not just one but both windows actually had friendly, competent people. Lately you can tell the younger generation wither doesn't want to work or just hates their job and aren't friendly. I grew up in my mom's store and learned at. Young age to always greet customers with a smile and helpful, friendly attitude. One they will remember and come back again. It's just rare now a days. I'm proud of the current McDonald's crew in Dayton. It was definitely a great visit
Beware they over charge! Was over charged on drinks and asked for help. A young manager slowly walked up and stood there. I asked if he was management. He said yes. I nicely told him the drinks rang up wrong. He stated it was tax. I showed him tax was separate and it was more than the tax amount. He said well there's nothing I can do about it. That's it. I get to rip you off and there's nothing either of us can do about it. No rectification of any sort, so I just returned the drink. It's the principle, not the price. I'd rather go thirsty than get blatantly ripped off... If you're going to leave 16 year olds in charge as managers, at least make sure they know how to correct a situation. Can you imagine how much extra money McDs is getting from most people who don't notice? So wrong...
The girl up front was very nice and pleasant. It's the food. The biscuits were extremely dry. If that's how the biscuits are made, I'd never order another. All we could do is eat the chicken and throw the biscuits away.Food: 2/5
Waited 20 minutes inside to order, no one took order so I left very disappointed Never go back!!!
Over 40 minutes in drive through for a 40 piece 2 double cheeseburgers a mcchicken and fries, Unacceptable!!! Manager would not compensate me and money back for my wait and still didn’t give me the correct sauce for my nuggets so my food was ruined my daughter wouldn’t even eat! My fries were cold and rubbery. I asked for extra cheese on my fish sandwich because you normally only get a half slice. They charged me over a dollar for extra cheese and I only had one full slice???? Shouldn't extra be a whole slice in addition to the half slice? Especially when it was over a dollar??Food: 2/5
It's a good place to stop. They are usually quick. Bathrooms are good. Most of the people are working. We stop about 2 times a month.Food: 4/5
Will not be returning to this location, ever! asked for unsalted fries due to low sodium diet, but was served overly salted lukewarm basket. Though salt was so heavy that there was a layer of it on the bottom of the basket, i was rudely and loudly informed that im too stupid to both taste and see the excessive salt. accordong to manangement, my fries were dropped fresh when i placed my no salt order, and she pretended not to see the clearly visible salt all over the fries, and continued arguing that the cold food was fresh. was not able to eat my food, and was not allowed a replacement of the improperly prepared food.
Rude kids acting like you've done something wrong by placing an order. I'd advise staying away from the Spring City restaurant.Food: 2/5
