McDonald's

One of the oddest places I go to. Way too concerned about showing support for the alphabet genders and not enough focus on professionalism. get all the signs and flags down Orders are often wrong. Staff are friendly but need to drop the face jewelry and spruce up personal attire. Improvements in these areas would fix the work ethics and accuracy.

I waited over 4 mins to have someone speak to me at the counter to order. The staff that did come was not in a uniform and her clothes were dirty. She did not know who to sell me gift cards that were of a value other than the preset amount on the til. Two people were returning screwed up orders while I waited. A gent came and helped get my order looked after and was kind. Customer service on the level expected at a McDonald’s store was less than preferable. I trust this was a one off and the atmosphere and staff are more enthusiastic.

The gentlemancrew trainer that took our was extremely pleasant/positive & very engaging. He raved about his colleagues as well. All round great experience!!Food: 5/5

Feb 22 Not open on the mentioned hours its not 24hrs they probably close at midnight . Went there 3 times between 1 am to 6am always closed 2nd visit 30/9 Mc cripsy :- not crispy at all cold patty Fries:- cold , soggy and dried out fries Coke was great but doesnt add up the star

Last 2 times going, first time a 15 minute wait for cold food. Second time, the mcchicken was some kind of triangle piece of meat that didn't even cover the bun. Fries were way too salty and food was once again cold. Won't go back!Food: 1/5

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My entire order was screwed up. While waiting our food was left out to go cold. Staff wasn't surprised that I returned the food and asked for it to be replaced. Still never received everything I ordered as I got tired of waiting. Don't waste your time or money.Food: 1/5

Terrible service this is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever seen.. order accuracy is terrible and they advertise 24 h service but close random nights ..it's especially infuriating when u drive 70 k to eat there n grab a late snack ..and oops.. they're closed... I wouldn't waste your time or money at this place they're idiots. Stmarys McDonald's really needs to get their act together.. I wish we could get an A&W.

The men's washroom had no soap and none of the hand sanitizer dispensers had hand sanitizer Normally that's a me problem what is disturbing is that there is no employee washroom and the workers are not wearing gloves Extra flavor on my burger I suppose

This location is amazing and the staff the best. I have never had my order wrong and I have been both inside and through the drive thru. The fries are always fresh and hot. To the people on here complaining about that they are missing things like bagels etc that is hardly worth a one star review. It is not their fault that head office is out of stock. They can not control that. Again a missing patty on your burger is hardly worth a one star review. If you went back and told them they would remake your order. They are not perfect and are human and make mistakes. As for complaining about the hours of the place as they are not always open 24 hours like the sign says, maybe you haven't noticed but there is a staffing shortage everywhere. Maybe you would like to work there? And no I don't own the place or work there but am just a person sick and tired of all the complaints in regards to fast food places. They, like every other customer service place is doing the best they can.

They forgot to put french fries in my nephew's happy meal can't even call the store as it's a Florida number listed.. so weird and prices are a little higher then kitchener McDonald'sFood: 1/5
