Always order the same thing, 6 Nugget combo and large this time we got a medium quantity of fries. It was so obvious that whoever bagged them wasn't paying attention. Most times the portion is good.Food: 2/5
Person making the food kept wiping his nose, touching food and touching machinery. Where is the health board? The supervisor on duty was rude and when told about the man making the food all she said was he wasn't doing that. Why is there no gloves being worn? What about washing hands. If I could leave a minus 1 I would. Extremely greasy food Extremely bad management
Was ignored for several minutes by 3 staff members only 1 of which was doing something. Garbages were all full and floor was littered with straw wrappers as garbages were all full. Staff member punched out for his break right in front of me while ignoring me at the cash instead of advising others that there was someone waiting. Not impressed. Needs some management guidance
Today, i ordered orange juice with my fish burger meal, but when i try that its does not look like orange juice and taste like more water. Its very bad for experience for me, I don't know what they mix in it
They often get my order wrong, nothing like paying for a double filet a fish and getting a single, ...happened 3x so far....dont they teach their staff to count the number of fish patties ?...... the staff are very nice...but i think the filet a fish guy is daydreaming...or gone fishing...lolFood: 3/5
We thought that there would be a play area based on the photos in this review, but we were wrong. It was renovated to be self serve kiosks, and no more play area. The kids were disappointed and we needed that break from the chaos that are our kids.
Asked for just ketchup on my son's burger what a mess a 5 yr old had to eat this what a joke.
Was a little busy,waited a bit for our breakfast order,but manager was great and offered a refund-which we kindly declined..stuff happens and staff was trying their best!Food: 5/5
I get my coffee through the drive thru quite often in the morning and Jan is always so efficient and friendly, she is one of the best I have encountered in the drive thru. Thanks Jan you are the best!!
Wow, superb experience at McDonald's. We did the table service experience, as it was just myself and my three year old. Everything went smoothly, they delivered right to our table with a smile highly recommend if you are with a little one. Great job.
