the large fries was barely filled halfway. I don’t like talking bad about fast food restaurant service but this is just crazy. If i pay for large fries i expect getting a large fry filled to the top. not halfway. Cmon mcdonald’s do better Kid-friendliness:
It was extremely evident that the employees at this McDonald's work hard. The place was busy. No one was eating in the dining area, but the line of cars waiting to order was long and slow. There were 6 people waiting to be served while I was waiting. Only one employee helped these people while he managed several other tasks, so he tried, but it was difficult for him to focus. Meanwhile, a truck was unloading, so the service counter was covered in parcels, and it felt at times like the people waiting to be served couldn't be seen and went unnoticed. This is not the only McDonald's where the customer service has changed to self order self pay, and I have to say it sucks. We need to have a connection. Watching people wait with their melting ice cream to get a spoon is pathetic. When you see how everyone in the kitchen is sweating and clearly overwhelmed and the wait is long, phew. I'm glad they are willing to do that hard work. And my food was dry and the bun was burnt.
Every time I go there, they either have terrible French fries and don't fill the container fully. They always get my order wrong by either adding or not adding what I requested, they also forget an item which I ordered and pay for just for me to get home and see its not in the bag. I've tried being patient and understanding but it's to much now, poor review for this establishment. 1/5 Parking: Parking is pretty tight with a bad drive through
Really long wait...including my car, I would guess there was 15-20 others waiting in line. But food was good, and it's a newer McDonald's so the atmosphere was good also. The associates were very respectful and nice.Food: 5/5
If I could leave them no stars I would. Ordered curbside and one of the servers was opening the bags and touching food and the one who brought our food was texting and never brought napkins we even asked for some and she never came backFood: 2/5
This is the worst McDonald’s, I can’t even put into words. No receipt provided, my order was incorrect. I am a regular customer and eat at many restaurants so my frustration with this terrible store cannot be overstated. The McDonald’s franchise should shut this location down and remove the current owner. My first job as a teenager was at McDonald’s in Ramona CA thirty five years ago. This is not what a McDonald’s experience should ever be. I have forgiven so many mistakes that this store makes but I have come to realize that it is impossible to save this location. I will be contacting the franchise about this store.
Catch-22 we want fast food and they give it to us which creates too many customers. Going to have to focus on speed it's a customer service and friendliness. Then we're upset we aren't treated nice enough. Like if that person taking my order ask me one more time "anything else?", I'm going to lose it. And what's up with the $7 breakfast sandwich? I don't know I guess the world's changing
On mother's day, they gave me a rose and it was beautiful and wished me a happy mother's day. They really were nice about it in the AM and thst rose latest for weeks. Thank you! Only rose I had all day.Food: 5/5
I have been going to this McDonalds for a while, recently whenever I get food their fries are awful. I love there food and they have great burgers but their fries are just going downhill. their hard, burnt, brown.Food: 3/5
Typically quick but their app and deals aren't friendly sometimes, have your app pre loaded. Staff nice and friendly most of the time. Food is typically fresh, fry oil needs to be changed more frequently.Food: 5/5
