Burgers are almost see through. Chicken nuggets are super thin as well. Corporate can't make them any thinner without making them transparent. This isn't fast food any longer. No longer a value either as they've reduced the amount of food you get and raised the prices beyond belief.Food: 3/5
After thinking this was a good job a safe job, it's not even the customers except one that are dangerous it's the management, after quitting and still getting food from there the quality of service and the manager that everyone fears has only gotten worse tonight I walked away with half my order no receipt DON'T USE THE KIOSK faulty, doesn't print receipts, and it's completely up to the employees as the screen is mostly hidden from public view so they ripped me off about 20$ worth of food out of sheer pettiness. With that being said yes the manager who everyone fears was there this evening June 28 and as expected she yelled at the cashier " don't leave your drawer open I'll blame you if we get robbed" mind you said manager was getting change for the drawer. Don't eat in, always check your food, and get a receipt even then you may still end up with wrong food cold food or just no food at all . I actually like McDonald's but from now on I will have to have someone else order for me. TIPS! order slowly repeat order back check your receipts don't leave until all your food is confirmed and lastly beware of the management Parking: Easy to spot a place Kid-friendliness: The play place gym is actually not cleaned by staff just the tables floors the bathroom and the bathroom toilet in the play place needs fixed as well as some pieces of the gym Wheelchair accessibility: Up by the immediate front doors
Servers rarely speak to you and it is the slowest McDonald’s drive-thru I have ever been to! Ordered a simple meal on the app and was told 20 minutes later to pull up to the waiting spot, they were still making it. Only me and one other in the drive-thru, both sent to a spot to wait another 10 minutes!Food: 3/5
I've ordered a large fry 4 seperate times withing the time spand of a month, every time the container is only filled half way with burnt or soggy fries. I spoke to a lady at the window asking her to make sure they were semi fresh to the point where it's not burnt or soggy and got an eyeroll in return. Highly DissatisfiedFood: 1/5
I ordered a large iced vanilla latte which I’ve been getting for awhile now. When she brought my drink to me I said no that’s not what I ordered and she tried to tell me it was and asked if I had the receipt for proof. Honestly even if I did have the receipt I wanted it to be remade but she refused. It looked like watered down mud water and it tasted so bad I almost puked. The lady was extremely rude to me and she wanted me to come inside to get it taken care of and at that point I was done and I just said I’ll just deal with it I guess. All I wanted was for it to be remade but she refused! Do the people that work here not know what customer service is? I was being really nice but she continued to be rude to me for no reason. The employees need to be trained on customer service seriously this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever ever been to
Ordered on the app as we usually do. Our payment went through, then our order was automatically canceled and refunded. This happened twice. So we decided to go through the drive thru and order, paid at the window and was handed the wrong order. We got our drinks and was told to pull up and wait. We waited for another 15 minutes or so and finally got our food.
Would do 0 stars if I could. Waited 35 to 45 mins before I decided to go inside after waiting on my order in one of the reserved spots. Went inside and it was a hot mess workers confusing orders and what food goes to what spot. I had to basically re order my order. I couldn't even give them my receipt to show my order number because when I got to the second window they gave me my drink then asked for my receipt which I gave the girl at the window. Note I was also not the only one that had went inside. Along with some people that were parked that were in reserved parking spots to get food, they drove off and left because of how long it was taking for food to come out. In the end I did get all my food but I wish I would've asked for a refund and went somewhere else instead.
Went thru drive thru for a ten piece and a big Mac no pickles! It was almost a 4 minute wait from after placing my order to pay then to pick up. Julia handed my order to me with a warm smile and invited us back!! S/O to Julia!Food: 4/5

Evidently this place has undergone a lot of changes, but the customer service needs to be priority along with quality of food. Owners and management can be mad all they want but the original owners had it right with customer service and quality of food. Keep striving for greatness because that is an achievable goal.Food: 2/5
