Definitely has gone down hill. Store associates are rude. I’ve been there 3 times in the last 2 weeks and every single time I had to correct them on how to treat customers! Needs better management and employees

Speed is nothing if your accuracy sucks. I ordered 2 double cheese burgers with only cheese and onion and one cheeseburger with no pickle. I got two double cheeseburgers with no pickle and a cheeseburger with pickle. The girl rushed through my order. I don’t think she was paying attention. You need to actually listen to the orders.

I don't know why I go there every time I do they always mess up my order today they had 3 works come and confirm my order and still got it wrong on the one thing the did get right was the quarter pounder with cheese but the patty was burnt but the fries were goodFood: 1/5

The McDonald's near 76th and Southridge mall is nasty n has rude STORE Amanda. The dinner is nasty n garbage under the tables. The bathroom is never cleaned. Please don't eat there The employees at night are lazy n rude azz he'll. Bad customer service. Sincerely Ms. Felecia Weare gross food

I ordered a double qpc with shredded lettuce and Mac sauce and they didn't put max sauce on it. They corrected the mistake and gave me a cup of sauce.Food: 3/5

They made my caramel ice-coffee wrong...again!! I don't go to this McDonald's often, but when I do it's just to get my fav drink as I pass by & the past couple times something was wrong w/it Last time it only had a couple ice cubes & I didn't notice until we drove off so we had to go back. This time they gave me caramel milk...it had no coffee taste at all, so they had to fix it.

This location ALWAYS gets something wrong with my order. Most recently, I ordered a cheeseburger and a hot fudge sundae. Simple order correct? Not according to the staff. I got 2 buns with cheese and EXTRA onions. And they refused to do anything about it.

Drive-thru took forever. Two lanes available but they served multiple people in one lane before finally asking for our order. Also they've been out of all the type of ice cream products shakes McFlurries and cones for a while. Not really sure why

They still wont learn the difference between CHEESEburgers and HAMbergers. And are more concerned giving you discusting food in 18 seconds, rather than good food in a few minutes!Takeout: Yes
