It's a good place. The service was very slow, took 20 mins for me to get my order. But it was what I ordered and it was made fresh. Sometimes you need to ask how fresh the fries are cause they leave them for a long time if nobody comes in and orders for a while Parking: Alot of spots. Most people use drive thru
Giving McDonald's a 3 for food is generous, to say the least. With that being said, if you happen to find yourself craving some flavored poison, this place is the spot to go. The service is incredibly fast and friendly. Lovely people.Food: 3/5
Always puts onions on my burger. Always slow. Always cold. Fries were half full and one looked moldy.Food: 1/5
They sucks !! Waited more than 38 minutes for a happy meal for my kid . After that long wait they messed up the whole order . The manager have ZERO SOCIAL SKILLS. They hired bunch of kids that they have no clue what they are doing. the owner of this franchise should find something else to do other running a losing business. If i ever have enough money i will open a DQ cross the street and show them whats fast food means .
Very poor service the employee sit there talking to each other and ignoring customer waited 10 minute ay the counter for aomeone to take my order .the place was very dirty the bathroom a gross the dinning area was messy no table were cleaned all the trash inside and outside were full the area where you get your drink was absolutely disgusting will never go back .
Not sure why I go back to this location.. Close to 40 Minutes from the time I arrived, to the time I asked for a refund because I wasn't going to wait any longer for a couple breakfast sandwiches. Arrived for breakfast and there were four other cars in the drive thru line. I end up being the second car to get to place my order, waited close to 10 minutes at the speaker for someone to even take my order. Get to the window and wait close to 10 additional minutes before someone even takes my payment, and then proceeds to ask me to "pull to spot 1". Mind you I ordered two Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuits... Never the less I pull to spot 1 and proceed to wait close to 15 minutes and watch 7 or 8 vehicles including the three vehicles they parked next to me, get their food. Couldn't wait any longer so I walked inside and asked the girl at the counter for a refund, she has to get her manager to do so. Manager comes over, never asked what was wrong, made an apology for the service, or anything of that nature. Proceeds to act like I'm inconveniencing her. They ring my refund up and it's close to $10 more than I paid, I pointed it out to the manager as I'm not looking to get anything extra from this location. She proceeds to cop an attitude with me and tell me that's how they have to do it, almost like I made them do it by asking for a refund? Customer service doesn't exist at this location, corporate training could go a long way here! If you're slow due to training new staff, being understaffed, or having technical difficulties just say that and offer an apology. Don't proceed to be rude and unwelcoming. Remember you're being paid to perform a job, I'm paying for the commodity and service, not your attitude.
McDonalds is a guilty pleasure.. I normally go through the drive thru but decided to dine in with my kid... and all I can say is I've never been in a fast food joint with as dirty of a dining room as this one. The manager even walked past the disaster that was the drink station and didn't even bat an eye. They had plenty of staff in the drive thru and a pair of people bringing food out to cars but apparently no one to take a cloth to the tables or a mop to the floor. And we don't even need to talk about the trash cans... The cashier was nice though and speed of service was good given the line in drive thru.
First time back in years. A half slice of cheese on my fish sandwich. Raising prices is understandable, but at least give us the same amount of food. The drive up pay window is not the place to be yelling at your coworker. At least close the dang window. Charging $1.79 for an extra tomato is outrageous. And lastly, make sure you bring the food to the correct vehicle waiting so they don't have to go inside to correct your mistake. All this at one visit today. Not very happy. Will stick to DQ.
This place sucks. I ordered two vanilla iced coffees. Pulled up the window and the work said “two caramel coffees.” Said nope vanilla. They made us pull off to the side and said “we’re waiting on your food pull up to those spots.” I said we are not waiting on food we are waiting on coffee. I saw the coffees sitting on the counter. They still had us pull to the side. Along with 5 other people. Waited 10 minutes for coffee that never came out. Left because I had somewhere to be. Just pathetic honestly
This location is the worst. Constantly jammed up drive thru or you wait at a counter and be ignored by staff standing around talking. You don't save anytime going in to pick up your order..Food: 4/5
