Some of the staff are friendly and pretty helpful but some are not so much. The place is not kept very clean and I usually have to clean my own table and seat or try to get an employee's attention they don't pay much attention to the front counter to ask for a cleaning. I used to come here on a frequent basis but not anymore since it's gotten worse. All of the "healthier" items grilled chicken, yogurt, egg white delight, salads were removed from the menu long ago making it nearly impossible to eat here and not gain weight. There seems to never be a time where something isn't broken or unavailable at this location. That being said, the worst problem of all is the freezing cold lobby. It's impossible to sit here for more than twenty minutes without a coat on. Even with two shirts and a jacket, after thirty minutes I'm shivering! When I asked about the heat, I was told "it's on but the windows make it cold." Really?! So, in order for a restaurant to not be bitterly cold, there can't be any windows?! Okay. Finally, the sign outside advertises an item that isn't even available and isn't returning. The owners obviously don't care about the patrons at all so I suggest avoiding this location. Dietary restrictions: Nothing here is lower fat, lower carb, or lower calories. If you want something to help you lose weight, eat elsewhere.
Braj sorry to be a complete Karen BUT I ordered a bacon egg cheese mcgriddle & i got SOLELY the patty I live 15m away as do half the people in this town so i didnt notice until i got home. I was SO LIVID i drove 15MINUTES back into town to get my whole Mcgriddle & they DENIED my request!! They gave me a coupon for a free breakfast sammy at any of their 3 surrounding locations after that date a whole joke!! Do not go here they suckkkk. I had a video but google didnt let me upload it, 1only pics
Went at 7:25 at night, they had a line not super long when we got there. I was the 3rd car to be asked to plz pull forward said they were waiting on fresh fries . They served 11 cars behind me. I finally went in the manager was super rude. I was finally saved 21 minutes after I ordered!!!
This is the second night in a row that my entire order has been completely wrong, and even after taking the order back in tonight, they still didn’t give me what ordered. I’ve worked here recently for 2 and 1/2 years straight and would expect better from the management that worked here, actually no I wouldn’t expect the management to be better, because they are very inconsiderate about both their employees and customers. The only consistent thing that you can expect from this store is attitude. Don’t eat here, this company does not deserve your money.
I worked here for around 10 months, my coworkers and I were constantly understaffed and we were underpaid for the amount of work we put in. The management at this store is ridiculous. We constantly asked for more people for night shift, and were left with a skeleton crew every night. Don’t eat here. They mistreat their employees.
I was the first customer of the morning just trying to get a quick bite before heading to work in Cody. I ended up having to wait in the drive through for ten minutes because the sausage and eggs were not ready. Had I been told that I would have ordered something else. You would think if you say you open at six everything would be ready to go. Then the person who brought me my food was rude.
Going downhill bad, ordered 2 quarters, they said "extra cheese" at the window and we said NO, continues to charge us extra cheese and the wait was insane for the food so we just left food was insanely sloppy put together too. Not impressed at all.
Went through drive thru and screwed up my order. I had to go back inside. Appeared it was a $h2tsh0w. Service was atrocious. Would not return to this one
We went to McDonalds on our way home from Cody at 5:00. Wanted a couple coffees, so ordered them on the App along with 2 QP hamburgers and fries. When we got there the person brings out some of our drinks and says they don’t have any milk so they can’t make the Mochas and asked if we wanted Frappes which the app says they are out of. We politely declined as we don’t like cold coffee. He then proceeded to say they can’t refund us the $9.00 on the coffee because we payed on the app…. Whatever…. So we leave and when we open our sandwiches the toppings are all over in the bo, so we scrape them off and take a bite, boy what a surprise, the absolute worst hamburger I have ever tasted. So it goes back in the box and I still have hope for the fry’s until I lift out the cool box of large fry’s that may have been hot at noon. The whole experience was terrible. Usually they are a pretty good place to eat for around here, but not today…..if I could give them a negative rating I would today…. I know they can do way better and should for the money they are paid…..
We ordered 5 sausage and egg McMuffins for our kids for breakfast this morning. My husband got home with the food and none of the sandwiches had egg.... McDonald's was not busy, either, there was one other vehicle there. We hardly ever get food from the McDonald's in Powell because this is a consistent issue, but our kids really wanted McDonald's today so we thought it would be a treat. This is just a heads up for others because we will absolutely not be spending our money there ever again. How do you forget an ingredient that is literally in the name of the item? If zero stars were an option for a review that is what I would give them.
