Very slow and inaccurate, even for a McDonald's. Kid's will like the play place, but, if you have no kids with you, you'll be much happier if you skip this and go to Jack's next door.
Wow. This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's I've ever seen. While we were ordering, the cashier was berating the cooks for "losing" a large order. It appears that everyone working there was extremely high. They certainly did not seem to be paying attention to the customers. 15 minutes after we ordered, still not having gotten our food, we looked at the health rating: 84. Your permit gets pulled if it's under 80. We walked out to find food that a might actually be prepared and 2 might not make us ill.
Well the last few times I have been here there has been bad service but I decided not to give up on them until... TONIGHT. I waited 30 minutes for food the lady in front of me wanted a refund they proceed to tell her nothing was wrong with her food well after she left I received my food. It was freezing cold and it was old maybe 2 hours maybe more the fries were rubberish. But here is the best part. I had a roaches leg on my burger...how is this place still open? The food is old? And you get roaches too? I called, they told me the manager wouldn't be in for a week.. Please. Im calling corporate and never eating McDonald's again. I have pictures of the roaches leg. Do not and I repeat do NOT eat here!!! Needs to be shutdown before someone gets sick!
While I will say the managers were as polite as they cloud possibly be, when I took my breakfast order back that was completely wrong. I was told that breakfast was over this is like 10-15 after I ordered and that I would have to take either lunch or return tomorrow for breakfast to make it up. After getting a refund , I went next door to Jack's their competition, was told breakfast would be over in five minutes, even though I waited over five minutes in line and breakfast was over they made my breakfast. They also didn't have what I ordered and had to make it fresh, I think it's a no brainer where I will be visiting next time.
First off, they are usually very slow. You usually have to wait 10 minutes for your food, but that's only at the drive through! One time, they said that they were out of EVERYTHING. Yes, everything. How can you be out of everything if there is people in the building. If a foreigner came to Alabama and wanted to try McDonald's, this would be the last McDonald's I'd recommend.
Pure incompetence. This is the best word I can think of to describe these brainiacs. Don't expect the air fingers quote food to be slopped together in a reasonable amount of time much less anything remotely close to warm. No OJ during breakfast or eggs actually cooked and ready no apple pies at night. If I was the owner of this dump I'd fire them all. They all wear velcro shoes and helmets and they can't stop eating crayons or licking windows for long enough to do their job. If you end up going here.........good luck to you Stupid me went here again. Luckily the rocket scientists had the register messed up. I really truly don't understand how this place is still in business. I've been in here 4 maybe 5 times this year 2016. Every time it has been a horrible experience. If I can actually make an order they're out of basic items and if they have the stuff to make this slop the order is messed up missing items, wrong items, or it takes 10+ minutes to put a meal together for one person. I think it's nice that they hire "special" people but don't make an entire crew up like this. They're not really mentally challenged they just act this way. I want to nominate this McDonald's in Adamsville for the worst McDonald's ever in the history of fast food
I came to this McDonald's I was passing thru the other night .Thursday 3/24 . its was close to closing time and they had a few car in drive. Thru. So I pulled of of the drive thru .to go inside.the crew that was inside did a awesome job. They had one person working the front and drive thru maybe like one person on the grill I asked for the manager..asked him for his name.So this is to let them know that the guy that worked that Thursday Night Did a awesome job and I was surprised I was able to get ice cream and a milkshake. That why I am given them 5 STARS ..Big Big thank u to Eric and Tyler of adamasville McDonald's for a wonderful job. Well done.
They need help at this location bad. Drive thru wait is about 20 min. And that's with only 1 car in the drive thru. Not clean at all. Workers wear pant's down below the butt. Will be shut down soon if a change doesn't come. Corporate needs to look into this location...
Absolutely horrible. I waited in line for 10 minutes to order and no one even spoke to me. I called and asked for the manager and this horrible lady that was the manager told me that there was only 2 people working and hung up on me. But when I drive around the manager is up against the counter talking instead of doing her job.
Waited for 10 minutes to take my order, and they weren't busy. 1 person in front of me waited for 30 minutes in the druve-thru just to get a simple order messed up. I saw more people standing around than I could have imagined. It couldn't have been all their first days!
