McDonough Automotive and Towing

I know firsthand that these folks live by the old fashioned model of customer service. They get to know their customers and they care. They have rescued me twice: once off the side of the road and once in 100 degree heat with a car that was blowing steam and passengers that included small children and an elderly lady on oxygen. Both times they tried their best to get to me as fast as possible. They are fair and have been a local wrecker and auto repair business for decades. Family owned and operated.

My front axle broke on my car yesterday and I did a lot of stressing for the first couple hours. I didn’t know what to do and all the towing rates were ridiculous!!!! I finally called mcdonough automotive and Aaron gave me the cheapest rate and was there to the rescue within 5 minutes. He was amazing! He was so nice and honest. Mcdonough automotive cares about their customers!!! Thanks to Aaron it was a stress free event and cheap too:

Gerald was great. Quick response, quick tow, very reasonable price. Took less than an hour from first call to drop off. They’d be my first call if I ever need a tow again.

My son's car broke down this morning and we had to have it towed from McDonough to our home in Griffin. Needless to say, we were all frustrated. I called McDonough Towing and was told they'd be right out. We sat down to wait because, having had to have vehicles towed in the past, it was always a lengthy wait. In less than 30 minutes, the truck was there. The driver Aaron was very kind and friendly. When we got to our house, he told me the price and I was surprised because he went another way to save a few miles which saves me about $20. 5 stars across the board. From the phone call to the drop off! Very professional and kind people and should we ever need a tow, they will be our first call! Thanks guys! You all are awesome!

My daughter's car was in an accident and off in the woods. I called and they were there within minutes. Fast Service, Excellent Price, and he even covered the open window on the car until we could get there so it didn't get wet when it started raining!

Great service! We broke down in Porterdale. We called two different services. McDonough Automotive and Towing was cheaper and quicker! My husband rode with the driver to the auto shop and had a wonderful "visit" with a new friend. Thanks!
