Probably the only funeral home in the Quad Cities that still has a real Pipe Organ. They have a 5 rank 1940's Wicks Pipe Organ, what a treasure! Great staff and decor.
They were so helpful and cost conscious for us during my mother's funeral several years ago. I returned this year for some prearrangements for my brother and again they have been WONDERFUL with the tons of paperwork I had. They also gave me lots of cost saving options depending on my wishes. Thank you again
Horrible!!!!! They lost our pictures of my sister in-law!!! They gave me a generic dvd with some of the pictures we gave them of her on it. I feel they were not concerned with our loss but only the payment. I had two other funerals there that we were happy with but feel like the service has gone down hill. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is my opinion that with all the choices of the Quad Cities when you are looking for kind guidance there are better choices.
We, unfortunately, recently attended a funeral here and were very impressed with the cleanliness, the size especially since there were 100's of visitors in attendance & architecture of the building as well as the friendliness of the staff and their participation in the service.
Unfortunately I have been to many funerals here, and I have always been impressed with the caring and helpful staff. I highly recommend this funeral home when the need arises.
Excellent service and a very nice staff.
