I was wanting to get my boots shined. While doing so, they noticed that the heels needed to be replaced. I said, "Please go ahead and replace them." My boots were perfect, as if they were brand new. They are honest, professional, and treated me like family. I highly recommend the Bonanno Family. Keep up the great work!

Heels repaired just fine but they charged me double the going rate. Too bad they’re the only place in Bay County. I drive to Marianna to get mine fixed now.

Takes too long to get your shoes back. Also when you take them in they just throw them in a large bin with a pile of other shoes and boots. I went back to pick them up maybe a few days early after about three weeks and they had to pull them out of the bin and put them to be fixed. However, they did a good job that I can tell so far on the gluing of the soles, which is ALL I needed done!!. Really? Three weeks??

Called in this morning with a question on a boot I was wearing. Fixed on the spot no wait. This is a true craftsman and a true business man. Bring your feet’s best friends and have them returned to their former glory. Thank you for today.

I had my $200 shoes in the garage and I guess the heat caused the heel to come unglued. I took them to Dixie Shoe Repair and told them I was leaving town. I asked them if I could get them back in 3 days. I didn’t think it was that difficult but they said they would have to put a rush on it and charge me extra to which I agreed. Three days later I returned and they couldn’t find my shoes! I observed a large tub behind the counter. It was full of old shoes haphazardly thrown in. I remember thinking to myself “I hope they didn’t throw my designer shoes in there!” After a period of searching to no avail, they started digging through the tub of shoes and pull out my now smushed shoes!! They said to give them 5 min. and they’d have them ready. If I wasn’t catching a 6am flight I would’ve said don’t bother. They apologized but at the very least should have refunded the fee for the RUSH job. Several days into my trip I wore the shoes to dinner and was shocked when the heel fell off again! Upon returning to PCB, I took some clear liquid nail and put about twenty cents worth on them! I’ve worn them twice now and so far so good. The lesson here? Don’t pay $50+ to get your heel reattached at this place. In most cases it’s probably cheaper to just buy some new shoes!
