McKnight Clinic

I took my uncle here today and the Dr said he was going to assume that his pain is from his cholesterol medicine and that his Copd is worsen but only gave him another inhaler and I asked him why haven't they referred him to a pulmonary specialist who assumes on people health absolutely hideous! I would not refer anyone to go to this office!

My disable adult son goes to this clinic. We have never had anything but a great experience. Dr. Hawkins is very knowledgeable and is a great doctor.

What a joke. I can’t believe I didn’t look at these reviews before I showed up I will never go back. I did not get the help that I needed. I was talked down to, and my appointment was apparently limited to 15 minutes so she couldn’t take In my concerns. I was told I was refusing her recommendation after I told her I couldn’t afford her recommendations. I was talked to like a child as if she was on this hierarchy. Compassion goes a long way folks and there was none. Save your money and find someone else.

Went in for an annual exam which is supposed to be covered by insurance Dr. David Miedema typed in wrong medical code now Quest says I owe for labs that should’ve been covered by insurance and can’t get help from anyone and the bill is soon to go into collections

I’ll be posting my review tomorrow after approval ! Don’t need to get in any more trouble than this clinic has already gotten me in with my school ! THIS CLINIC NEEDS TO BE TOLD OFF ! 0 out of 5 !!!!

I went to get lads done they didn’t do all my labs like they was supposed to, I have been waiting over 3 days to get the doctor to send over the orders for my chest X-ray, the nurse has a really bad attitude and I will be changing doctors asap!

I don’t usually do this but this was insane. Have an appointment made about three separate issues. Previously Impacted ears, just now sore throat, 1 year lingering cough. Explain it all for appointment. Get there front desk only has sore throat wrote down. I fill them in on the other stuff. Get into room with nurse. She still only knows about the sore throat. Explain to her the other issues. She “supposedly writes it down”. Doctor Libbie comes in. Doesn’t know about anything but the sore throat again. She wants to give me a sinus cocktail and meds. Sure. Talk to her about the other issues. Brushes it off like they don’t exist. Leaves while cutting me off. Talk to nurse about maybe at least cleaning my ears at least before they get so impacted it hurts. Doctor denies me and says it’s not bad enough to clean. So I am glad I went to a sinus cocktail distributor instead of an actual doctor. I am done with these people. They obviously don’t care about us.

The doctor forgot to send in refill on my mom insulin for her diabetes so the pharmacy told me to call the oncall doctor which is Libby McKnight. She basically puts the blame on me for calling in at the last minute even though they was supposed to send in a new refill over a week ago. She was being very rude and nasty about it didn't want to do her job. She told me she didn't care what the pharmacy said so my mom has to do without her insulin. We will never go back there.

This clinic is absolutely fabulous from the front desk to Dr. Miedema. If you have been looking for a sane Medical practice considering the general nonsense over the last 2 years: look no further than McKnight Clinic. Highest Recommendation.

My father was refused to be seen this morning because his appointment time was reserved for "sick patients". The appointment was made yesterday. It is not his fault they put him in that time slot. Libby McKnight actually came out into the waiting room and told them she could not see him, this time slot was for her sick patients. My dad was told to be there at 6:45 and he got there at that time. I called the office to try to understand why he wasn't seen and left a message for Libby to call me. She did call back and explained to me that I was to listen to her and she was going to be doing the talking. I listened to her and ask one question when she was done speaking and she hung the phone up on me. Disappointed is an understatement of what happened there today. I have been a patient there all my life. My parents have been going there for fourty years. They will never get another penny from us. If you want your parents to live, don't let Libby McKnight take care of them. This would have never happened with Rick Roney.
