Appointment time 12:00 check in 11:00, got dock right away, reasonable lumper fees, out in one hour, very friendly staff.

Nothing but a fantastic unload!! I have never gone anywhere there they get you all done in UNDER THIRTY MINUTES!! Good room to maneuver, wide space between docks, 5 minutes after backing unloading began. Look at my log! Best place I’ve ever gone to! I can now say not all places are bad.

Don't bother coming here too early on a Sunday. They may be working, but they're cleaning equipment. Got here at 0600 praying to get this load off 5 hours early and won't get a door until 0800. If only I was on PAPER. Damn DOT.

This place gets all 5 stars 100%! Very friendly place. Just got in on time got a door now getting unloaded barely 10 minutes since drove in. In and out not to forget thank the smiling lady in the office. Thank u!

Was greeted with a smile, thank you. Very polite and professional. Hour from check in to unload, even less. Clean lot, gate open good for overnight parking and they open at 6am. Keep it up guys, more shipper/ receivers like this and the 8 hour unload receivers will go out of business, will fix the industry real quick.

By far one of the best places I've been that had me unloaded before I gave them the bols in and out in an hour only thing that held me up was waiting for the express code

looking at the reviews, this must be an off day cause I plan on being here 4hrs at the least n that’s going by my appt time. I literally saw 1guy doing the unloading n then of course, they gotta count the shit appts only which is cool, if they do it in a timely fashion. Oh yeah, the check in lady is nice n smiley, just wish I felt the same. Hope your experience is better than mine

Shipping/Receiving lady was amazing, layout is decent even with snow. Started unload at 0835, when my appointment was 0930. There is a gate, so don't expect to stay over night. Shipping office opens at 0600 Monday-Friday! Their is a Walmart near by 8 miles, great parking and made my morning easier. *Love's Truck stop coming soon, could be July before the Love's opens. Would of made my morning trip 2.5 miles away. Needless to say, I can't wait to come back here! Keep it up McLane, wish all of the other place's I've been at would respect us drivers like you do.

Pretty fast here.call the number thats on the shipping & receiveing door,she gave me my door # , putt your bills in the red box on the right side inbound.she'll call you when there done and your signed bills will be in the red box on the leftoutbound.simple as that.

Very friendly. I just love the lady in receiving she's really nice. They let me park overnight with no hassle. Unloaded in 45 mins or less.
