The New Zealand Red Devon cow is a Heritage breed uniquely suited to weight up beautifully on our organically managed pastures, fresh clean well water and sunshine. They are grass fed only, no grain, hormones or antibiotics. The resulting beef is juicy, tender and flavorful. Grass fed beef contains a much higher percentage of Omega 3 fatty acids compared to corn fed beef.
After weeks of dry aging, our vacuum packaged beef is ready for delivery to you. The aging process concentrates and saturates the natural flavor of the beef and it breaks down connective tissues, making the beef much more tender.
