McMacular LLC is a Bay Area denim company made for men to enjoy San Francisco’s cold summers by lining their denim entirely with Mulberry Silk.
In 2013, Casey Davis, original founder, dropped out of college to start the company and in January of 2015, I left the corporate world and joined him as Co-founder. Operational responsibilities involve finance, marketing, marketing strategy and sales.
The McMacular 2.0 silk-lined denim pant comes in “Classical Straight” and “Modern Slim” fits, and use 8oz of soft sateen woven cotton, lined with 2.1oz of luxurious mulberry silk. The five-pocket pant is made in the U.S.A--San Francisco, is as soft as a babies bottom.
But the key to the McMacular 2.0’s lies in its ‘hidden detail’, with its patterned belt binding, signature cuff detail and the highest-grade silk lining the entire inside of the pant from the waist to the ankles. The Brazilian leather labels are sourced in the Bay Area and personally branded by the founders. Furthermore, since there is limited production, the details get even more custom, with each pair having a unique handmade leather tag with an individualized serial number imprinted corresponding to the order in which it was purchased and sewn
