Initially Steve was friendly, attentive and we worked well together. Material was delayed, not his fault. We worked through it. After installation of the Emergency Generator we asked for a start up training before final payment. Problem with first attempt due to propane delivery problems. Steve became agitated, argumentative and added costs for start up. All is completed. Paid in full immediately after test-3 working days later than original schedule. Installation good, test fine. Rex electrician was great. However we will never us McMichael electric based on Steve's terrible customer service.Service: Installation
