Easy access from i95. Clean interior. Well signed and lit. Recommended.

I have been there for over twenty years, with multiple companies. They can accommodate anything from a start-up to a growing company. I have needed to double and triple in size, as well as downsize too. It is conveniently located, have excellent parking for you and visitors, and they can take care of any business need you can think of.

New owners are doing a great job with the look and feel of the building. Tons of renovations, and nice extras. Awesome businesses were added.

Just took the tour. So many options for flex office space. Clean, bright and well appointed. Cindy was most helpful and informative.

It's clean and mostly quiet. The people are all very nice and it's not as expensive as some of the other office buildings.
