We give Thorough Estimates on a Roof Repair, Roof Replacement or New Roof. We always begin by going up top. We walk your roof, inspecting it for damage and taking accurate measurements. We check skylights, attic vents, chimney caps and pans, flashing, gutters, fascia, soffits and siding. Then we give you a comprehensive proposal that details the job and includes its estimated cost.

Review of Warranties with McNaught's Roofing:
We'll explain the warranty coverage for both our workmanship and the manufacturer's materials, and we'll provide a sample copy of our written workmanship warranty. This will be sent to you, once the job has been completed and paid in full, along with the manufacturer's warranty. Most residential roofs we install have a 10-year workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer's warranty.
