Very poor customer service, we left 2 tops to be embroidered and 3 weeks later it was discovered that whoever wrote up the order wasn't paying attention to what they were doing. Their hours are also really inconvenient if you're an RN working day shift.
I love this shop! It generally HAS EVERYTHING I'm looking for: Uniforms, Shoes, ID clips & necklaces, stethoscopes & the girls who work in there are really nice & very helpful. This is the Only store I buy my Uniforms & Nursing Shoes at. I love looking around in this store because they have a nice Big collection of Uniforms for everyone!
2 stars because I am a Male nurse...and I have visited this store 3 times looking for scrubs and all 3 times they were out of the popular sizes. The men's section consist of a corner of the store. Probably a 1/10 section. Clearly catering to woman. I ended up ordering online and saving money.
Hometown uniform shoppe that provides any style and any brand nursing uniforms. Higher prices but worth it! Uniforms are of good quality and owners more than happy to order your specific size if needed. Great place friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!
Go here first if you are a new hire at Geisinger. Their already embroidered polo shirts are cheaper than Amazon!
Purchased two different scrub tops in the same size but when I got home, one of them ran very small. I returned with my receipt to exchange it for the next size up and they wouldn’t exchange it, or give me a refund, because the tags were not on it. They said it was “illegal” for them to take it back. Really? “Illegal”?
If you're looking for a specific brand or color of scrubs, this is the place you want to shop at. I know for a fact that they have all the department colors that Geisinger wants their employees to wear.
Great selection and great service! Highly recommend to anyone looking for embroidery or uniforms in general!
A bit over priced and the staff was not friendly they were too busy on their phones or talking amongst each other. Not impressed with the customer service or selection at this store.
