Edit to Add - I called to the office to speak with a manager as your response had requested and front desk girl Amelia would not pass me through. She hung up on me first time, when I called back she stated there is no manager to talk to and then told me "I already know you wrote a bad review and your not going to get me fired"!!!!!! Front desk girl Amila should not be employed for a customer service position. When I was having trouble uploading ID, she had a huge attitude, and when I asked her to please calm down she said it’s because I am intimidated of her. Still not quite sure what I was supposed to be intimidated of. Probably not the best representation of the first face clients see when they walk in the door. She would probably be better suited in the back office not dealing with customers. Doctor and nurse were great. Just unfortunate to have to deal with Amelia.
I’ve been coming to location for many years since being a Wellington resident. Very disappointed in the service I received. I’m sure once I got to the back it would of been a different story but the front desk is the heart of any office and it’s sad to see an office that allows the ignorance and attitude to patients like I received at this office and watched other patients receive as well. People are not feeling well and are not at their best. This women was extremely rude and every response was a negative attitude as if she is being bothered. She wears a shower cap and has extremely long eye lashes. I hope that office manager could take this review into consideration in hopes to turn the front desk area around. People need to be presentable and have compassion. This women has none. Will never come back to this location ever again.
fast, friendly and effective in person. But, when you call them it takes several times to get through and several hangs up on you... Then you call a 561 number and end up in India. Then after several minutes you get connected to listen to music, then someone picks up you are talking and in the middle of me talking I got put on hold listening to music and after 10 minutes they just hung up. They will never see me again. That; s the worst service I've ever experienced. To answer your response, I called the number, after 7 minutes I was connected to a call center, then after 8.30 minutes I was asked to hold and after 13 minutes was hung up on again. Try to call yourself from the outside, it is eye opening. Your phone service is practically none existing.
Normally I work Give a higher star, but due to a front office young lady who gave the worst attitude and talked trash to patients. It was a horrible experience before even going into the back. She needs to be away from patients if you are gonna keep her on. The older lady was very respectful.
I had a terrible experience today with the receptionist. Did not greet anyone when they walked in. Was very rude to me when I asked for assistance due to the internet not working so unable to upload required registration documents. Raised her voice at me in front of other patients! Was only nice to one couple that appeared to be her friend since she pushed them ahead of me and the patient before me. Not the person you want to deal with when you don’t feel good. Didn’t want to be bothered by patients but had plenty of time to take a personal call and talk about her car problems. On the up side once I got in the back both the assistant and physician were very nice! I will not return to this location. Too many options to have to deal with a rude person when you don’t feel good.
We had a great experience! using the web check in before hand meant that we got to wait at home and had practically no wait once we arrived. The doctor was great and we were in and out with prescriptions and work notes in under 45 minutes. This will definitely be my go to walk in clinic
The staff was amazing mrs.Dianne is amazing … her bedside manner is the best I have ever experienced in my life, she made me feel as if I was her child with how tentative and caring she was , I went in feeling very poorly and mrs. Dianne instead of writing me a script and pushing me out the door she went above and beyond in her care. She made sure when I walked out I was a new person. This women needs a raise and a holiday named after her
Front desk ladies were very nice and so was the nurse I saw. But the doctor was very abrupt too quick to send you on your way and really did t listen to what I had to say. Didn’t care for him at all his name was Todd Welliver. Bring back Dr. Swanson he was fantastic
I only gave a one star to be able to review. I’m highly disappointed in this place. Not only was it a long wait when hardly anyone was there. The place was close to empty. The doctor not only didn’t listen to me but, decided I had a sinus infection. The medications prescribed weren’t safe for a nursing mother. I asked if he could change them. His reply they’re safe & if you feel uncomfortable with them then give your baby formula while you’re on them… they’re for a week long!!! This is highly unethical & not even slightly compassionate. I ended up in the ER & I have severe bronchitis. Which had he done any testing he would have known. Or even I don’t know listened to me. I won’t be back & I’m leaving this review so others don’t get fooled by the good rating to go here. Bypass this place & save your money.
I cannot express into words how pourly I was treated. They were upset I came in last minute at 740pm. The women at the counter was rude and once I showed her I had my meds refilled here last month after agruing with me that they dont and refused to let me to or speak to a doctor. I begged them to please let me talk to the Dr and the other 2 girls took over although the girl to the right kept insulting me, to say the Dr can do an emergency supply which I thanked them for. Then I was asked to check in, I asked if I could check in outside because they have little to no service. Once I was done and rentered the building the African American girl with the braids who I had the poor interaction came and locked the door on me. I told to open and explained that I asked the other girl to go outside to check in because the cell service was so bad. Once back in the girl said a bunch off curse words etc under her breathe including just because I am not on my meds and I'm mental doesnt mean I can be mean to her. Which is beyond words to ever say to a patient. I wait 20 mins more and the other girl comes out and says they spoke to a manager and they wont refill my prescription now and I had to leave..... I cannot express in words how angry, hurt, and just in disbelief this actually happened to me. I am so embarrassed as they were other patients there, and just to be treated that way when I really needes help is just wrong.
