Credit card processor isn’t attached to register. So they charged me for the person in front of me stuff. Was told my sofa and candy was $17. I said that can’t be right. Paid $9.50 just because I didn’t want to argue. Was still overcharged and when I called back they acted like i should just be ok with paying extra.
I usually love this store. But I have entered and promptly left, due to customers not wearing masks, on multiple occasions. I didn’t rate one star because the employees were masked. But I will not be a patron of businesses that allows customers to endanger others, and thought others should know what to expect.
Our governor has made it mandatory to wear a mask at all times in businesses so I was shocked to see the cashier not wearing a mask when I entered the store and cashed out this morning. I don't understand why she thinks our lives don't matter to her. I had mine on to protect her, she should do the same.
I was there yesterday and although the cashier who rang me up was masked, there were two people in the back who also seemed to be employees who were not masked. I won't be back. My family will find another creemee stand to patronize this season.
Staff are not helpful or knowledgeable about the store’s inventory, mildly rude, and give the impression that this is not a store to rely on unless no other options are available.
My husband and I went in there in the summer. My husband thought I was going down the stairs so he called to me. I wasn’t going down the stairs I was just looking for items. The blond lady at the counter came out and screamed at me without asking questions and said “I had to ask where things were” not to ask to go down the stairs but in a totally demeaning way repeated and chastised me like I was a child. I think she thought my husband was my Dad or something... I confronted her at the counter saying i shouldn’t have to ask in a store and told her my age thinking she might apologize. Instead she caused a scene and chastised me some more. My husband then refused service and she kicked me out. Rude to the core. I hope it’s on video.
This is a little convenience store. Ample parking and uncrowded compared to the downtown from 3 to 6. It's a quick stop on the way home for milk, bread, beer and tomorrow's lunch. And in the Summer, they open the Creemee Porch.
Honestly, medow Mart has changed my life, from the donuts to the ice cream I am satisfied. We live in such a fast paced world, it feels good to go there, buy a box of donuts koffee Kup of course and go up the road to my grandfather's grave.
Very nice people I really enjoy my visits there. The banana bread is great too
Very poor customer service ‼‼
