Megan has been very good with answering the phone & providing information to any questions asked . I’ve called many times with many questions lol she’s always answered . Good to know the front office is on top of helping potential residents.
‍ it’s too hot to b dealing with a/c problems and nothing is getting done about it
This is a nice place to live. Megan in the office is super nice and always helpful. The only downside is that the walls are thin and apparently we have the rowdiest neighbors in Hewitt. We can hear them running up and down the stairs or remodeling or something on both sides.
Do not recommend these apts. Moved in almost a year ago and smelled like sewage. They didn't do anything just coverered up smell. For two months now again we have been asking them to fix problem and even called owners. We also had a RAT on back fence amd not a mouse a Rat. So no I don't recommend these.
Meadowpark townhomes was a great place to live I would definitely recommend working with Meagan who is the current manager. She was able to help me with a particular situation after I moved that was vital to me being to be approved for a new residency.
How can I get ahold of someone?
Maintenance is very helpful and has a great attitude. Whenever there is a issue with anything he fixes it right away. Just wanted to let him know what a wonderful job he does here at the townhomes!
It's a nice place with nice people. Pets are allowed as well. The only downside is that each apartment is made to accommodate a small family, so it can be cramped at times.
Great place they have nice apartments and still are continuing to update the place. They have great managers that work very hard to keep this place looking spotless.
I more than visited lol I enjoy this place for the most part
