This is a great community to live in! Management works hard at keeping everything nice in the area. They're very quick to respond when there are maintenance issues. Jessica is really great at communicating with residents. There have been several really great improvements lately and I love it! Thanks y'all!
really enjoy being here. its quiet, clean, everyone keeps to themselves, lots of kids that play together. nice little community with events that happen all the time. Jessica and her husband have been great!
Meadowbrook is a great place to live! It’s pretty peaceful out here. I’ve never had a problem when it came to getting things fixed! And it’s super affordable.
Trailers are good. Some have their problems but they get fixed quickly. Neighborhood is quite and peaceful. Management is good they had some hiccups in the past but current management Is good.
Good morning. Yes there is a improvement with the roads and signs up through Meadowbrook but I would like one request is to add some extra rocks or dirt to my driveway way which is Lot 103 because it's hard getting in and out my driveway without rubbing the bottom of my car which I have a small car.
It was discovered that my home had mold... after putting a work order in 90days ago. I tried calling to see and went to the office in person. First two days she wasn’t in office but the third day she had a nasty attitude and spoke to us as if we didn’t matter. And Insisted that we stay in the house until she got it all worked out and cleaned out and try to imply that it wasn’t mold it was mildew as if mildew doesn’t turn into mold. Meadow brook is not the place to move.
It's quiet and peaceful first row is dark at night would be better with night light.
Entry rode needs work but seems well kept and clean. Very nice people.
