My mother was in this facility, she was scheduled to leave in a few days but I took her home early because I could not handle the lack of care. I walked in to visit and stopped at the desk to check-in, I could clearly hear my mother in her room in distress. Somehow none of the 3 people at the check-in desk could hear her. My husband ran into her room as she was falling out of bed and helped her from hitting the floor at full force. I asked the people at the desk how they didn’t hear her, they gave me several excuses and never apologized. This is not the only incident, it was just my last straw. For a week I asked the facility to have my mothers medicine dosage adjusted. It took a week, and I had to ask at least 5 times 5 different people before it happened. My mother would push the call light and 45 minutes later, someone would arrive to help her. The list of issues goes on and on. If you have ANY other options for yourself or family, do yourself a favor and pick the other option. *There is one nurses aid there name Nora, she was amazing and treated my mom like a human. She deserves a raise, she really seems to care about her patients. She was on break when my mom was failing out the bed. Notice most of the positive reviews on this facility are from employees, not from patients.
I work here I love it so much the environment the people, the residents.,my co workers...best place to retire..its safe and very clean
My Mom is there, everyone has been very nice. Only thing is my Mom doesn't like the food.

MEADOWOOD is a great skilled nursing care facility in Stockton. There is none better.
The residents are special cargo as I'm a transportation driver for a lot of them.
Beautiful clean facility caring and helpful staff.
