I'd give ZERO STARS if I could!! I was denied services for my daughter, who is 13, because "they don't have children's equipment". She's closer to adulthood then childhood at this point and they waited until an hr before our apmt, that was made over a month beforehand, to even look at her chart to realize they didn't want to put forth any effort in her care. I missed the call but immediately called back and was told that we were still a go for our apmt and then show up there an hr later just to be turned away! For the record, most pt/ot places in our vicinity don't have "children's equipment" but still use their brains and training to come up with exercises that will work for what she needs. The fact that they wouldn't even try says a lot about the type of services they give, or lack there of, especially considering they are affiliated with the ONLY hospital in Western Sussex! Appalling and shameful how this place is run and the lack of effort or caring at all about the patient! This is why I've always tried to stay away from anything related to Nant-I-Choke! Don't go to this campus unless you just need help after pulling a muscle, anything more complex then that and it just may be too much for them to handle!!
Wow. The greeting for phone calls YEARS after tidal took over Still has the immediate care staying they open at 8. They don't. When you tell them they say call admin. F U! Dr Sargent Never showed for my appointment. NEW DOCTOR!!!! Never checked out, left after over an HOUR m"fer. These Delaware doctors leave This STATE faster than any other. They are here to cut their teeth and BAIL on their "paitants" of they even show up. Tidal heath day they want to help. There is a handful.
Dr Sharma, Linda, PA, staff and facility excellent and efficient. If you are new to Seaford, as we are would recommend. Grateful for help with husbands high blood pressure. We are both 75+. Thanks

I’ve been on hold multiple times for more than 20 minutes and when they answer the phone they hang up. This is probably the worst place to get a hold of anyone.
Staff is courteous. Women's Health doctors are wonderful Dr. Herrera, Dr. Baxter, Dr. Jones & Heather are who I've had the pleasure of seeing there. I understand it is frustrating when appointments need to be rescheduled but things do come up and I would hope if one of them had to leave the office to come for an emergency at the hospital for you, those being rescheduled would understand. The ladies in EKG & the lab at Mears is great as well.
Trying to get an appointment, keep calling. Sitting on the phone waiting for an answer for over 10 minutes every time with the same repeated covid-19 measures beat into my brain. Havent spoken to anyone yet. Takes days to get an appointment or even call backs on important issues. Seems they dont really care about you. Find another doctor office if you can. Update: tried to get lab work done bc my doctor had put in an order and they changed their systems so the order wasnt in the computer. So I wasted my time. Couldn't even get them to reorder it because the line is so long. Its ridiculous. Stop taking new patients or open up another facility because this is insane. I will be switching doctors now. Forget this.
Finally found a Obgyn/Gyn that I trusted. After losing two children was able to birth two living children. Felt comfortable talking about my feminine health with him found out today he’s leaving. BEYOND SAD. Tidal health when you have good physicians you do what’s necessary to keep them. Dr Jones was definitely one of a kind. Now I have to start fresh. Rolls eyes At a different facility.
Used immediate care. Area was clean. Staff was attentive, professional and caring. The doctor Tanya was thorough, listened to me and efficient. Great experience.
I was told by the front desk that I could set up an MRI and have it billed to meim a noob that can't be done They were misinformed. I see Dr. Caputo and she informs me that that's not possible. I make it known that I did not intend to waste their time as well as my own, and that I dont blame the front desk for the misinformation. She decides not to bill me/insurance for the visit. I appreciate the hospitality.
