Medfield Youth Outreach is dedicated to serving the mental health needs of children and adolescents in the town of Medfield. Our program serves families and youth of all ages, from birth through age 18. Our staff members are trained clinicians who provide a variety of services including free and confidential individual and family counseling, referral to financial assistance programs, community programming, and crisis intervention. In addition, the Youth Outreach office is an intake site for the Fuel Assistance Program (LIHEAP) for Medfield residents. This program operates under the auspices of the Medfield Board of Health and is located adjacent to Medfield High School.
