Since new managers took over the place feels more secured. The staff here are awesome and very professional. I would have given it 5 stars if there were sevurity cameras in the back. Other than that great place. The maintenance guy also deserves a shout out.

I was very impressed with everything. I liked how they go over all the details and information with you that you need to know. I liked that they worked with me on how I had to do my deposit and payment. I love how nice and friendly they are. I like how the units and property are clean and well kept. I got all answers i wanted and more. For the two men I spoke with I would like to say thank you and you guys are doing a great job.
I think the guy is nice that works there and dose his best . Only thing is there are no cameras in the back where the units are and a lot of people hangout in there units all day
Kind of a sketchy place with people on bikes all gross looking rummaging through units. Tons of appear to be tarped broken down rvs and vehicles parked all throughout.
Great experience after 3 days of moving and exhausted, the gentleman that helped us was informative, friendly and quick.
I have had the BEST service since Christen has become manager! Not only is the service great, but also so accommodating! We have had our “whole house” in there for years now and we never question security! Thank you for giving us the peace of mind!
Went smooth. Joe took his time to outline all aspects of the contract, cared about the interaction and provided a quality outcome. Needless to say, finding an employee that cares about their role is paramount and worth fostering that growth.
Excellent facility. We have had our belongings there for seven years, after relocating to OR from Chicago. For the past seven years, we have always felt that our things in storage were 100% safe and secure. We know we don't have to worry about them, which gives us great peace of mind. And when we visit the storage unit to collect things, we always feel safe as well. Also, they keep the place very, very clean. They had excellent communication and the manager at the desk always remembers our name when we come in. We have been very happy with our experience with them!
I have greatly enjoyed the top tier service I received at Sentry Storage in large part due to Keith the manager. His knowledge of the surrounding communities aided my transition in so many ways, the stresses of moving can be difficult and with his guidance and above and beyond attitude Reflects upon this businesses professionalism by hiring nothing but the best.
