How to reach mutual agreement through mediation
I am a neutral, meaning I don't make any judgment about who is right or wrong, helping people in conflict to reach agreement through mediation. Mediation should attempt to establish an atmosphere of respect where all parties can explore mutually acceptable solutions. I work for both/all parties as a neutral, and do not take sides or make decisons like a judge or arbiter. Having mediated family, divorce and a variety of other disputes for over 25 years, I have the skills to help generate options to resolve disputes. I am experienced, detail-oriented, effecient and an excellent listener.
