Medical Marijuana evaluations.
A board certified Internal Medicine physician will review your medical history and records, conduct a complete physical examination and when qualifying conditions are met approve of a medical marijuana application.
The fee is $200. The signed and completed application needs to be sent by the client to the Department of Health. Most people experience a 2 month time period before approval. The Department of Health requests that people do not show up or call regarding application status. It is best to email questions if possible to:

A medical marijuana card allows you to purchase medicine from one of three compassion centers, cultivate your own meds or assign a caregiver to cultivate for you. Please review all laws posted on the Department of Health's web page.
