EXCELLENT service. Alberta was amazing and so helpful. I needed a lift chair for my Mom after her open heart surgery. I was not able to come into the store as I was working. Alberta helped me via phone. She asked me questions and was able to help me choose the perfect lift chair recliner according to my Mom's needs. She sent pictures via text then helped set up immediate delivery. The chair was delivered to our home same day where the nice delivery guy showed my Dad and daughter how it worked. The chair looked brand new, had just been cleaned and sanitized! Thank you so much Alberta for making such a stressful time less stressful! Will definately recommend MDA in the future! I was in this store earlier today. The staff is beyond amazingly helpful and very caring. Unfortunately they no longer accept medicare, but they were able to point me in the right direction for my mother-in-laws needs. They even explained what they offer and if we decided to go through them when we would be able to get a hospital bed and their rates. They also gave me their card and even informed me of their other office which is closer to where we live if we needed their service. Their store is very clean and very well organized as well. An associate named Don even held the door for me with my double stroller, so any help is very appreciated. Again thank you very much for everything Don N. at the Sarasota store. :

I found this handy frame device to assist me in putting on a compression knee high at MDS. A Staff member showed me how to use it in their convenient private fitting room. This device makes it much easier to put on these knee highs, that need to be tight to be effective. Their prices may be based on competitive insurance reimbursement fees; but they seem a little high for those who are self-paying customers.

I have never been treated with such courtesy and understanding as I was at MDS Healthcare. I won’t go anywhere else for medical supplies.

Terrible customer service!!

Triston and Kieth are extremely competent. They fixed my manual wheelchair so that it is better than when I first bought it. Not incidentally for people with disabilities especially, they have extraordinarily big empathetic hearts. An unfortunate note to other power wheelchair users: this business does not service any Permobil products and they do not provide loaner wheelchairs during repair.
