Honestly I loved working for this company, everyone that worked in the offices from scheduling to just being the receptionist was very respectful. I could call Ann and talk to her about anything so little and she would respond quickly and be very professional at all times. I never felt like a bother when I called or had simple questions. If the was an issue with an complaint she would simply get both side of the story and be very understanding. Their very understanding with personal issues and respect their employees to the fullest. I started working for this agency close to two years ago. I have had good rapport with the staff here in Raleigh NC. They are warm and welcoming anytime any day. I have had my peace since I joined the agency. You can call them at anytime for any issue and someone will pick your calls and maybe transfer you to whosever you want to talk to. I will like to share this experience about how much I have loved working with them. Am this kind of easy going lady or a happy person. I needed some money to do something and I was saying I know that they pay us every Friday but let me go through my bank to check how much I can take , behold I got to my account and the money in my account was so much and I turned to the cashier and said that's not my money, he looked at me and said that's the balance from your account. I said who paid in money into my account on Wednesday, and he looked and said your salary that comes in through our bank, I bursted into a big laugh and started dancing. Everyone started laughing but it was quite a relief . I called and talked to one of them saying, tell Mr Dan that MSN is the best and I will tell everyone to expect them to pay in money for them as soon as they think about how to solve a problem about money. Funny but that was the best thing that happened to me that week. I have had my best times and my low times but I know that the best times supercede my low times. I love this company and everyone around me knows that . We can all work on ourselves and give people around you the benefit of doubt when things don't go your way. Life is a learning process and am always willing to be corrected but not humiliated when things go wrong. I will recommend MSN to anyone, anywhere and be bold to tell them the good things I have enjoyed working with them.
I have been with MSN Albany for 4 years and I love the flexibility it gives me. I am able to work full time and still be a wife and a mother to 4 children.
