Everyone at MWLC Okemos is so kind and supportive! I lost 40 lbs in 10 weeks. They make you feel as though it's okay to go at your own pace and they help to provide solutions when you aren't losing the weight quite the way you expected! I really can't say enough good about this establishment. I am still and have been a client here for 8 months. Dieting is a personal thing . It requires a real commitment to the process. No one coming to a business of this nature should think that they have some magic there that will make you lose weight. What they do have are the knowledgeable people and the products to help you make the right choices. If "you" are willing to do the work necessary, you will lose weight. I lost 95+ pounds in 6.5 months. It's not easy, it's not cheap, they are professionals , they learn the business of weight loss. so they can help you. My aching knees are gone. My aching ankles are gone. My blood pressure ,which they monitor every time I come in there, 2 times a week is down from the 170's to between 100 and 110 without medication. I'm 65 yrs old. I'm telling you that it is not cheap, but it is worth every penny to feel as great as I do and to have these happy ,helpful folks at this Okemos MWLC cheer me on each time I come in. Just a side note... their protein shakes are delicious, and they will share some great recipes with you as well..

Nothing medical about it. First week cleanse made me so sick I threw up in the zoo parking lot. Recommended snacks are rice cakes and diet crackers. Not aligned with current nutritional research at all.

Great results in just a few months and now with continued support from MWL at Okemos I am keeping it off
