I found Medical Xpress Outlet online since I live out of state and needed someone to service my mom’s Jazzy chair. Susan went above and beyond for my mom by going to see her on a Friday night and she was honest about the condition of my moms Jazzy Chair. I thought it was damaged and that I was going to have to buy her a new one. Susan checked the chair for me and found nothing wrong with it. Boy did she save me money due to her honesty! I will be using her going forward for any needs that arise for my mom.
We purchased a mobility scooter online from Medical Xpress Outlet. The scooter developed a problem within the first month. I called in after hours and left a voice mail. Abbey called me back the next morning. She listened to our unique situation of being on the road. She had me email her some pictures and within an hour she had some options for us to repair the scooter. She was friendly, professional and a great listener. Thank you.
Susan and Abby were beyond helpful. I purchased my chair lift at 9 and Susan delivered it before 1:00. They know their products and their customer service is wonderful!! The place to go for medical supplies!!!
We are vacationing in Florida and left the foot rests for my mom's drive chair at home. The first store we went to said they could order them and get the in a few weeks but this store told us they are universal and sold us a pair from a chair. This saved our vacation! They obviously have experience in mobility.
