Carla Harris, NP and the entire team at Corsicana Crossings Medical Assoc are AMAZING! Very caring, competent and thorough. I highly recommend. Side note - the phones are now answered by a third party and do not reflect the level of care received by Carla Harris and staff.

I switched to Sawyer from my pediatrician in Waxahachie in 2021. It was my one and only visit. He went on a rant about not seeing patients who aren't fully vaccinated. Then lectured me about my 4 year old having not been to an eye doctor yet simply because he couldn't read an asterisk on the chart. To top it off he asked me if I had any concerns and when I said I believed my son had anxiety, and that it was probably genetic from my side, his entire demeanor changed and he became very rude about not putting my son on medication for it, which I didn't even ask for! I will never return here. I have never had such a rude, accusatory, condescending doctor in my life. I switched to here from Baylor to save an hour travel. I'd rather spend and hour in the car. This was before the covid jabs so I can't imagine the doctor who lectured me about refusing a flu shot for my son would look kindly on my refusal for that. That being said, the front office staff was pleasant and professional, the building was clean, there was ample parking, and we had a lovely and kind nurse. Sawyer is a jerk.

We have taken my son to see Dr Sawyer since he was 4 months old! 3 years and going strong. He is so very compassionate with his little patients and loves to interact with them. Dr Sawyer has been a great team player for my son's hearing and speech journey, listening to my concerns and going beyond my expectations for getting ENT and Speech Therapy going. He is a strong healthy little boy because of our team efforts! We also see Carla Harris NP as our PCP and we LOVE HER! All of the nursing staff is so kind for both Sawyer and Harris, as well as the lab. Front desk is kind and helpful. The front desk could make some improvements. I am not very fond of being put on hold so frequently. However, they always find a way to get me in and are super awesome with the telehealth.

Second time we have had an appointment scheduled, and drove in from college 3.5 hours away for an appointment on a Friday. They have closed early again, said to be here by 5pm for a shot. Get here at 433 and they left early. When you call the number they say they are open till 5pm. They aren't. Still people in office but doors are locked.

Confusing and disappointing experience. I have been looking for a primary care physician in Corsicana, and went here. They had me fill out forms and checked my insurance, and said they would call me. They never called, and after 3 calls that I have made to them and in each case they said they would look at my paperwork and call me back the next day, I have never received a call back from them yet. Fortunately I found another doctor, but these people either don't care or are too disorganized to take care of a prospective patient. I don't know which it is, but I don't recommend them, unless you enjoy being ignored. Negative 5 stars from me!

Dr. Sawyer is the best!! He’s always ready to listen to my concerns.

Customer service sucks! They either don’t answer the phone or will have you on hold for 30 min! Can never get an appointment

Front desk people are rude an look at you with a discrimination look. Don’t recommend coming here

I called to figure out how to become a new patient and was hung up on in the middle of my question.
