WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!! PROTECT YOUR HEALTH AND STAY AWAY!!! Very unprofessional and disorganized. You are not safe filling your prescription here. They filled prescription that were informed as discontinued on multiple occasions. One particular time I called the pharmacy to fill my mom's prescription and notify the manager and pharmacist of 4 discontinued medication and they filled all the discontinued medication instead of the active ones. The office manager is Ghetto, unprofessional and disorganized. He has no clue what he's doing. I feel very sorry for the individuals who does not have the knowledge and understanding to stay on top on their medications and depend on the pharmacy to do what's safe and right.

Place is a joke. Time after time I come her to pick up my gf’s meds, and time after time they have a million excuses on why they haven’t filled them when they were called in days before

Employees ignored me for a good 5 to 10 mins each visit. Over all unprofessional and long wait

The female pharmacist at this Medicine Shoppe is absolutely rude and has no care and concern for her customers at all! Today when I called to check on my seizure medication she tried to tell me that it was filled at another pharmacy! So I called my insurance company to find out what was going on and was informed that this particular pharmacist was entering the same prescription number as the month before making this error her own! So I called Medicine Shoppe back and spoke with his pharmacist and she became rude and telling me to have the insurance company call her. I explained to her that it was her job to call the insurance company and find out exactly what was wrong. She then became hostile telling me that she’ll get to it when she can. I informed her that I was completely out of seizure medication and that this was important. She said she’ll try to get to it today. Seizures are life-threatening disorder. My medication is life-sustaining.For this pharmacist to put off Life sustaining medication because she is busy is very unprofessional not to mention inconsiderate. I cannot believe that a licensed pharmacist would treat someone with a life threatening illness like this! She should know better than to treat someone like this! This medication is very important for someone with seizures to have and to let someone go without this medication because you are and I quote busy is just an excusable! I am transferring my medication out of this pharmacy because my life means more to me than someone being busy!

The receptionist at this pharmacy are super helpful and kind but unfortunately the wait time is absolutely insane! On top of that its impossible to ever talk to a pharmacist because no one ever answers. Whats the point of having an option of speaking to a pharmacist if you’ll never be able to unless you go in person?

The staff is rude, unorganized, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this pharmacy. I had to change pharmacies because of the hassle I’d have to go through. Half scripts being filled or they can’t find it. Worst experience.

1 hr 15 mins for them to give me eye drops. Still waiting. Also after they took 30 minutes to come by the window and greet me and take my information even after several people told them they had a line.

Love this pharmacy, love the staff, and love the manufacturers that they use for stocking their medications.
