Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy

Usually pretty goood. However there is no notification if a prescription is unfulfillable. It is very irritating to not know if there is an issue or the prescription went to the wrong pharmacy. Especially when I have to pay cash price to get my meds because I tried to stretch out my previous medication waiting for the new one to get filled, and ran out. I would very much like to be notified whenever the pharmacy receives a prescription. I am getting tired of having to do all the legwork for my medications when I spend so much on them.

I ordered Medicine Shoppe Montgomery City online August92022. Pymt taken out of my account immediately. Learned about online store June142022. Recd email to call store. Did. Store knew nothing of online order nor could locate it. Store filled order then over charged me again out of my bank. Cannot correct it until Melanie in store Monday. This put my account in arrears for overdraft charge. So very angry and unhappy. I tell dont refill an rx; they do it anyway several months.

the women who work there have 0 patience and will make you feel like you’re bothering them by coming in and picking up your script! I’ve always made it a point to say please and thank you, yes/no ma’am/sir and would prefer it if the staff there had the same respect. I ended up moving to a different pharmacy because of the attitude

Been going here.since 2019 ,and it's been an fair experience.. sometimes they don't get the script from my doc in a timely manner. I find that a little irritating! Otherwise nice staff, and quick! Will go back,every month. Thanks MS!!!

Had my scrips sent here 22 hours ago, been standing in the store for over 30 min waiting, this place makes VA pharmacies look 5 star. Wouldn’t buy a bandaid here

Always friendly staff and fast service...we have another pharmacy in Montgomery City and I've been there but I prefer the service at the Medicine Shoppe.
