I’m confused. Are the phones broken at both this location and the location at meadowbrook? Trying to schedule it reschedule an appointment is like hoping to win the lottery. The odds are VERY slim! Not to mention my first ever appointment a few months ago with the meadowbrook location not only took nearly two hours but there wasn’t anyone at the desk and a few moments later she the receptionist came in walking on the back of her scrubs, acting and looking like she just rolled out of bed. My personal experience with Dr Musee and her staff have been very impersonal. It takes nearly 2 hours almost every time to get seen and they’re always in a rush to get you out. My schedule appointment with her was a follow up appointment on a blood work panel to go over the results and she looks at my file and says “so why are you here?” Do they at the very least not look over the file or take notes? I’ve expressed my pains and she didn’t do an exam. She instead prescribed me ibuprofen and referred me to a chiropractor. Which by the way that referral was defective due to the facility being closed. I’ve been trying to get in contact with her to get a different referral or get in touch with the referral department and it’s a dead end road. The referral department texted me saying I needed to find an establishment for my insurance and I provided her with 3 locations and despite my efforts in trying to get in touch with anyone, I have yet been taken seriously. This is THE WORST excuse of medical care I have ever experienced. AND IVE ONLY BEEN WITH THEM FOR 2/3 short months. I’ll be filing a complaint with my insurance.
Be extremely careful coming here. They will tell you a fee...then add 100 when the work is done and expect you to pay. If you get a price quote have them write it down and initial because they will say otherwise. We had ask them 3 times how much a crown was and was told an amount an agreed to it. We had to talk to the regional manager to take care of it, which was done very professional.If we knew it would cost more than expected we would have decline to save everyone time and trouble. The front desk girl with the long wavy hair, big gigantic nose is extremely rude. She was rude to us from the beggining from the moment we walked in and ask if we had to sign a paper each time. No need for the attitude. Everyone else was polite except that big nose girl.
This place over books themselves so much that the wait to be attended is about 2 hours. I brought my mom here for her dentures and the first time it took 1hour and 10 minutes to be seen and to pick up her dentures and try them on it took 2 hours. This is ridiculous. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. After today we will not be coming back at all.
I never use this place for my dental needs, but for the medical,i know it is a time consuming for a sick patient to put up with! The staff are acting like a child never get their job done unless keep calling and calling calling!!!! This pcp is the worst place for a referral department if you have HMO insurance!! They takes two weeks to the referral department,then the department text you for another two weeks to contact my radiology when they supposed to contact my insurance because I have HMO ,so the insurance would cover the expenses for the radiologist I go to. But my insurance still is not receiving their referral after 2 weeks, before that, they havent receive the email i sent them for the radiologist i go to, then they sent to the wrong address to the insurance for referral,also the insurance never get any referral from them at all !!! Wrong referral or not!!! After getting the right address, now it have been two weeks, my insurance still havent receive any referral. And my insurance called them,they said that they havent receive any referral information?! What a joke?! I went there last month for the referral,now they said they act like nothing happen? These people getting paid for free not doing anything for the cancer patient!? The doctor office and The referral department is a big fat liar not doing their job right ,sitting at the office taking their sweet time to referral until I couldn't get a CT scan reading to see of my tumor got worst or not! They don't care about the cancer patient,they just want their green money!
If I can get this place is zero I definitely would. Other than the doctor nurse practitioner and a few of her staff. This place is horrible. I’ve been waiting over four weeks for five referrals that even during the office visit I offered to do and help them with but I guess that was just an open door for them to not do their job and do the referrals himself I called today to find out when I can go in because my current health situations gotten terribly worse and I was yelled at for the lady on the dental side name Daniela. Can you tell me a person has nothing to do with my primary care for my primary position is telling me whether or not it’s escalated for me to talk to them about my health. Shame on you
I come here often and the entire staff have treated me with nothing but kindness. I highly recommend this dentist. Thank you Rosie for being so kind. Super happy. As I was sitting in the room waiting to be seen the manager Quinn came in to speak to me about new comings to the office. It’s a whole new staff and new dental doctor. She’s great and the manager Quinn came in to explain my situation. I’m very pleased and very happy with their services. Thank you Rosie and Quinn.
My first visit was phenomenal. Caring doctor and wonderful staff. I found the doctors office everyone hopes to find. My second visit didn’t really go so well. The MA was having a very bad day and unfortunately I judged her without knowing the facts. We all have bad days and I will be more mindful in the future and be more patient with those who maybe just aren’t feeling it. Overall this is a really good office. It’s definitely a rare find.
I would not recommend to come to a this so called office. As soon as I walked in it smelled like gas!!!! Walked out and when called to reschedule. McKenzie answered and put me on hold some how I was able to hear her conversation with another employee. Since I spoke Spanish to her I heard her tell the other employee “I don’t even speak spanish so sometimes I hang up” WHAT KIND OF BS IS THAT?! Not only did it smell like gas up in that office, staff is rude and obviously not professional.
My daughters fillings fell out less than 24 hours later. She did not eat anything after she had the fillings done. Nothing would of caused this, other than it was a botched job done. It is heartbreaking to see her go through this.this was the worst experience I have ever had. Her check ups were always a good experience. This last one had us waiting for two hours before we were called back. After I was told it was a 30 minute wait. Her fillings looked awful when we left the office so I called another office to have a second opinion only to look at her mouth 4 hours later and see they filings were missing, she was asleep for 2 of those hours and only drank water. So I'm confused on how these would come out so easily. I am now going to a different dental office to have her teeth fixed.
I didn’t know what I was walking into. I thought it was clean as a whistle, efficient staff, and pretty darn fast. Dr. Nandwa is a female nurse practitioner. Very kind and easy to talk with. Top notch experience.
