Founded in 1996, Gold Rush grows its own hay and raises its own free-range U.S. cattle in Litchfield, Ohio. We use only the most tender cuts of lean meat and the highest quality herbs and spices, slow-cooked and smoked in our 65,000 square foot production facility- also right here in Ohio. Our products are USDA inspected and approved, so you know you’re getting the highest quality beef snacks available.
