We were looking everywhere to get covid testing for our cruise RIGHT after christmas. We didn’t realize how difficult this was to find. We were almost giving up hope and ready to cancel the cruise when we happened to drive by to see a tent with “covid testing”. We drove in and waited on line, we were greeted by Thea and had our test done, quickly and efficiently. They were our absolute last hope, we were able to get our results rapidly, and we enjoyed our cruise! Picture of my little man and the towel buddies!
I woke up with an ear infection and called 1.5hr before to check if they took my insurance they did!. I was seen by the male ARNP within the hour and he used a special camera to look inside my ear and show me the issue. He wrote me a script for ear drops and a doctor's notes.... Thank you!
They need to be more professional and kind. Also the place is not sanitary, right after someone leave the girl told me to go in the room. After I leave and got home I started sneezing nonstop and was coughing. The nurse is okay, just to much pressure for her. After my physical exam, she suggested I go to check my ear , something in there. I listen to her advice and went to an ENT urgent care on federal highway Fort Lauderdale. Dr. Gs urgent care. Thank God they remove this strange object from inside my ear, I didn’t even know was there.
It's always a pleasure being cared for here. The staff remember me and Dr.Fletcher saved me when I thought I had gas but was dealing with appendicitis last year even to this day she and the rest of the staff have truly been a blessing. Thank you.
I tried to get my son seen, as the name suggests, urgent care, I called ahead and was told that if I get here at a certain time he would be seen. After reaching before the slated time, I was then told that I can no longer be seen. I explained to the young lady at the front that I had called earlier and she told me what time to come by. She remembers talking to me but although I reached before the time, I still won't be seen. Total waste of my time. I will take my business elsewhere.
The staff is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Dr. Yvette has great bedside mannerism and is a great listener. She listened and asked thorough questions. I highly recommend this facility for your sports physical needs!!! They accept walk-ins. Thank you for seeing us on short notice and the excellent customer service!!
Came to Medix to have my yearly physical and TB screening, and had the best experience. Not only Medix very affordable, but the staff are very friendly, and professional. My medic was Renae and Jade was my NP, both were super sweet, caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. Will be back next year.
I needed a place that was affordable and where I could get in asap. I had a very thorough examination and conversation about my symptoms. All of my concerns were addressed and advice was dispensed concisely. I really appreciated my time spent here, and the knowledge that I had just received the best care. My visit was quick, inexpensive and informative. I was given a Dr's note and RX. Dr. Yvette even took the time to research which pharmacy would be cheapest for me to use. I was also given a Good RX card to save even more money. I will be back here for any of my medical needs in the future.
Came for a Covid test. Katie helped me out. Process was so smooth and easy. Office was also very quite and clean. Recommend to anyone in the area that needs to get tested. Come see her
Dr. Fletcher was friendly and knowledgeable. Especially regarding my new insurance and how it worked. The ladies in the office were professional, but made you feel comfortable. Went there for an emergency CBC and left with a pleasant experience. Def go there again in the future.
