I will never purchase glass vials from them again. I purchased thousands from them in the past. This last batch I got had a white dust on it. It wasn't even a fine white dust. They look milky white and they told me that all vials come like that. If they're not sterile vials to a certain degree well I'll just buy them somewhere else next time I purchase any.
Yvette the customer service manager is the worst. The product we ordered was not the product received. When we ask them to make it right was given the total runaround. I'll simply eat my loss. I really should have looked at the Google reviews before dealing with this company
I’ve ordered from them twice now, both good experiences and quick processing.
Placed an order on 3/25/2020, paid for 2-day air. Today on 4/1/2020 status still says processing. I have called 5x and emailed 3x and no response. The phone number states you will get a live customer support agent then clicks over to leave a voicemail. This is my second time ordering from them--first time was fine but now the company is not responsive. Would like a response.
"BEWARE" Placed an order on March 16th, it is now May 9th and my order is still "Pending". I ordered twice before with no issues and was forced to replace an order today because I need the products. I called and emailed no less than 15 times and have gotten 0 response from customer service. They gladly take your cash immediately upon order and then refuse to answer customer concerns. Will likely report to the BBB if this order doesn't come through. Will update accordingly.
I purchased hopital masks from this company. Everytime I went to wear one, the ear strings popped off. I threw away the box so they could fit in the drawer. Even though they had a record of my purchase, they refused to give me a refund. I was a good customer, and actually had sent many.people to them. I will NEVER order from there again! The masks were defective, and that didn't change, regardless if I kept the box, or not. They don't stand behind what they sell. It just the $$$$$ to them! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Amazing customer service and great products! We bought all of our masks from them during the pandemic and we have never had an issue!
Similar to all the other reviews, this place is shady. Do not order from them , I placed an order back on April 10th and they have yet to refund my money even though they have stated in an email I would get it within 3-5 days. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place. Horrible customer service and honestly do lot know how this place is even open.
Their website is horrendous, it won’t allow you to purchase products, it simply sends you in an endless loop of asking to take and use your personal data. Beyond that, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone from the business to answer or return a phone call when there is inevitably a problem
