I was in dire need of getting my daughter in to see a doctor. With 2 extra kids in tow I was afraid of being turned away, because of the 1 parent to child rule. When I came in I was helped by a very nice woman at the front desk. She helped me get my daughter checked and didn't question my other kids being with me. Once taken back the nurse was polite as well and kept my daughter calm while swabbing her for 3 different things. 2 out of 3 tests came back negative and the doctor took another test and found out the issue. I'm so grateful for this location and their attention given to my concerns. Hopefully with antibiotics my daughter will be feeling better soon. Thank you Sunland MedPost!
Staff was friendly, helpful and easy to talk too, the doctor was very nice. He even remembered me from my first and only other appointment. He listened to everything I had to say and was very nice. He explained things very well and answered all of my questions, I felt well taken care of.
Absolutely great service! Everyone from the check-in to the nurses to the Dr were very kind and caring. Above and beyond customer service! Quick and Easy. And I really appreciated the extra mile they went to make sure I knew if there were any questions or concerns that they were there to help. My up most appreciation to the MedPost team at the Sundland location!! Thank you very much. Highly recommend if you need help and want a professional team with a heart!!!
I was absolutely impressed with the honest of the physician on duty. Very professional and concerned caring. As far as the receptionist needs to be a little more warmer and attentive but loved how discreet she was. That's a big plus with me. To me you can't beat quality customer service and that she definitely made sure I received.
The receptionist was very friendly and I liked how quickly I was seen by the doctor. I am so grateful for the straightforward honesty of the doctor. He probably saved my life by making me immediately go to ER. He was compassionate yet firm about the seriousness of my medical situation. I highly recommend this Med Post!!
As a first-time visitor, I interacted with knowledgeable and considerate staff. Electronically signing up with MedPost was very efficient, and I like the waiting room screen that shows who's next in line to be seen by the physician. It was also quite convenient that the x-rays could be developed and examined close by; although I waited about an hour for the results, the staff made the process go as quickly and as smoothly as possible since that wait time was out of their hands. Overall, I felt that MedPost was efficient, friendly, comfortable, and clean.
Very prompt and professional. I felt that the entire staff was pleasant and competent. The NP treated me with exceptional concern and listened well. I appreciated that the antibiotics were not pushed, as s often done. Tim and the nurse were excellent in every way.
WORST RECEPTION, kind Medical staff though... I visited two times to get Covid test and refill the medicine prescription. The worst receptionist EVER continued to look at her smart phone while I am standing in front of her. It is okay.. maybe she received some urgent message.. When I told her I need a prescription to refill and doctor's authorize, she said "Oh we cannot do this because that doctor is not working today, and turned her eyes to other side. After I yelled "If you have an eye, see the medicine remains that I have now, I could not sleep without this medicine due to fever!". Then she told me to enter the room and arranged another doctor to check up. If you find an middle aged lady in the reception with long fake nail, and made typo on your address and personal info, just say "Oh I put my credit card in my car", then drive to another urgent care. All of medical staff's kindness made 5 stars, but she accomplished -3 stars by herself.
I got in and out quickly and they handled the Medicare billing efficiently. The doctor took the time to listen to what my issue was and gave me some recommendations for follow up when I get back home. Also provided a prescription for the interim. All in all everything went well.
Our Insurance Plan recommended MedPost Urgent Care El Paso Sunland. We were very impressed with the in processing. The attendant was courteous, thorough and efficient. The Medical professional was reassuring, confident and put my wife at ease. Thanks.
